Current time: 11:22 a.m.
"Here they come!" Josh says excitedly, tense as the call of battle overcomes him. The first zombie to come through the door gets a hole in the head, courtesy of Ada Wong. "Nice shot." Mark congratulates her. At least he won't have to worry about Ada, who simply shrugs off his compliment.
"Smug. Don't get too cocky and become surrounded. I don't want to have to bail you out like I've had Ivanna and Mary." He jokes, aiming his shotgun at the door. "I think you have that backwards, Country Boy." Ada replies, picking on Mark for his accent. "It's that obvious?" He asks, becoming self conscious now of all moments. "Focus on the matter at hand first!" She berates Mark for his low self-esteem, though it is understandable due to his recent loss of his fiancee.
"Hyah!" Mary grunts as she beats a zombie back with her nightstick, expertly putting it down with three well placed strikes. "Sweet moves, watch this though." Josh tells Mary, taking care of the next zombie foolish enough to enter the lobby. He twirls the bat by his head, skipping toward the skinny zombie. Josh swings for the fences, clubbing the undead fool in the temple. Blood gushes out of the wound, creating a fresh pool of the crimson liquid right in the center of the lobby.
"Show off, that's just one. Check this." Mark takes center plate next, priming his shotgun. Twin zombies enter this name, clad in business suits. Mark fires at the small gap between them, blowing their arms off and knocking them to the floor. Both zombies lie motionless, giving Mark the highest kill count so far.
"I'm good right here." Ivanna says, prefering to leave the killing to everybody else. "Suit yourself. We might need an extra hand in a moment though." Josh replies, becoming occupied with another zombie. The members of the group hold down their respective positions in the lobby, Mark remaining close to Ivanna should she need a hand. Mary notices this but doesn't say anything, she simply shoots a glance toward Mark every now and then.
While beating in the face of particularly ugly zombie, Mark is distracted as another gets a little too close to Ivanna. "Stay away." She scoffs, snipping at the zombie with the shears. They cut its waist but she doesn't use enough force to turn the zombie away. As it is about to grab her, Mark blows its brains over the wall. "Thanks. That was a little close for comfort though." Ivanna smiles, flashing Mark a wink in the process. "Sure thing." He says smoothly, not skipping a beat as he takes down another zombie with the butt of his shotgun.
Mary does her best to combat the zombies but she becomes encircled by three of them, too involved in trying to annihilate every singular zombie she faces. "Son of a bitch." She mutters, suffering a hand swipe across the back of the head. Mary falls to a knee as another zombie tries to grapple with her. She is quick to recover though, shoving her mace into its eyes. The zombies moans and closes them but it moves forward with its action.
Mary is soon clinched by the zombie, held at the waist by the disgusting bastard. "Getting too touchy-feely." She says as she elbows the zombie's face, freeing herself. She delivers two strikes to its left knee, allowing her to get behind it. Mary twists the zombie's neck by a full 180 degrees, silencing it for good. Ada and Josh offer her support for the last two zombies, Ada killing one with a well placed shot and Josh bashing the other to death.
10 mintues later....
Ivanna has the pleasure of finishing the last zombie, impaling it through the heart with the shears. "That was ridiculous." She pants, out of breath from evading so many zombies. "We did it though, not a single casualty." Marks says proudly, wishing that had been the case two hours ago.
"I hate to say this but this office isn't the best place to hole up. We've been attacked twice now, each within the span of four hours. Who knows when the next zombie swarm will come? We're already low on ammo and we don't have any medicine. I think we're lucky to still be standing to tell you the truth." Ada tells everybody, presenting them with the next problem. "The Station isn't far from this location. I keep some emergency supplies in my locker so at least those will be there. All the other officers have evacuated too, so we won't have to worry about the." Mary suggests, reminding Mark of their previous police troubles.
"That sounds good. How will it take to get there?" Josh asks. "About fifteen minutes depeding on how fast we move and how many zombies are in our way. There shouldn't be too many though after this harrowing endeavor." Mary waves her arm across the lobby, showing off the dead bodies that litter it. "All right then. Let's go." Mark lets Mary lead the way, walking between her and Ivanna.
25 minutes later....
Safely in the police station after a fairly lackluster trek through the streets, Mark and everyone else is able to take a breather. The building was abandoned quickly as police equipment is still lying around, papers spread out in uneven piles all over the floor. "Where'd they all go? Do you have any idea?" Mark asks Mary, who is wearing a worried expression. "I intend to find out." Mary sets off through the police station, intent on uncovering the truth that has been eluding her.
Mark is left with some down time for now, Ivanna looks lonely as she twirls her hair, waving at Mark when he looks at her. He waves back then notices Ada and Josh sharing a kiss. He hides the hurt expression on his face, turning away to wipe a tear from his eye. Mary is rifling through a stack of papers, it isn't too late for Mark to assist her in her search.
Current time: 12:05 p.m.
Primary Goals: Hole up in the Police Station
Secondary Goals: Discover why the Station was abandoned so quickly
Vitality: 76% Apparel: Black T-shirt, Blue jeans, Redwing boots Entourage: Ivanna Fuke (Health 78%), Mary Hunter (Health 90%) Ada Wong (Health 97%), Josh Sherman (94%) Weapons (2 maximum): Homeland Shotgun (4/10) Inventory (5 slots): Car keys, Cell phone Sanity: 74% Karma: +32
Romantic Interests: Mary: Seems ready to talk about something with Mark Ivanna: She is smiling sweetly at Mark, perhaps she has something tell him
A) Assist Mary, she might need an extra person to find something in the mess of the station
B) Spend some time with Ivanna, Mark could use the company....
C) Chat up Josh and Ada for a moment, they can get a room after Mark talks with them
D) Check Mark's phone, he may have gotten an important message in this past few hours
F) Rest for a while, Mark's back is still sore from the obese zombie's slamming
All right if A or B is picked, Mark will move to the next level with them. This means they will show much more interest in him but the other woman will be a bit hostile with the chosen one, creating a small bit of drama that might culminate later.

Slayer changed his vote to A in the Cbox, winning it out for Mary.
Current time: 12:05 p.m.
Sneaking up behind her, Mark grabs Mary's waist and shouts. "Whoa!" She says in suprise, turning around with an open hand. He ducks her swing, catching her arm before she twirls on her heel. "Calm down Mary, you're really on edge. What's the matter, did you find something about why everybody up and left?" He asks. "I found this." She moves aside a stapled packet to reveal a severed hand, clutching something in its palm.
"Gross! What's it holding?" Mark leans past Mary, prying the cold fingers off the object. "They're dog tags. They say Williams. Anybody you know with that last name?" "No. Before we were ordered to the checkpoints throughout the city though, the National Guard came here and helped us mobilize." Mary recalls, searching her memory for the name Williams. "I didn't hear that name when they were here. But the fact is this is a severd hand! Whoever's it was, they might still be in here. Dead or Alive, that's hard to say." She says.
"Let's look then, we can leave the others up here. There's plenty of weapons lying around besides, it'll be nice to have a few moments alone with you." Mark smiles at Mary, moving his hand toward hers. "I'd like that." She replies, moving a black strand of hair from her eye.
"So Mary, how long have you been a police officer? You said you were promoted so I assume you've been here a while." Mark inquires, walking toward the locker room with her. "I've been with the Willamette Police Force for eight years now. I started fresh out of college." She answers. That would make her older than Mark. "Right out of college? How many years did you attend?" "Just two. Sitting behind desks wasn't my style at back then. I was twenty when thy hired me here." Mary stops once they reach her locker, inputting her combination.
While opening the door, she says, "Here's the original handgun they issued me." She pulls out a 9mm Beretta handgun, the words 'Samurai' engraved into the grip. "This is a nice piece. It looks like it belonged to somebody before you." Mark notices, feeling the weight of the gun. "It was my father's. He was on the force for twenty years before he retired." Mary reveals, explaining why she was hired right out of college.
Mark doesn't say anything though, Mary has earned her job, that much is certain. "Mary, I want to tell you something." Mary says softly, placing his hand on her shoulder. "What is it?" She asks, turning around to find him inches from her face. "I don't know how to say this. I haven't been able to discern my feelings yet but I feel something between us." He tells her, looking straight into her eyes. "You aren't just saying that?" She sees in his eyes that he is telling the truth.
Acting in the heat of the moment, Mark kisses her on the lips, savoring the taste of her strawberry flavored lipstick. The kiss lasts for several heated seconds before Mark pulls away. "What am I doing? I just lost Angela." Mark asks himself, conflicted by the spiral of emotions overtaking him.
Mary opens her mouth to say something but a piercing scream from the lobby, it must be Ivanna. Mark leaves the room with Mary, still carrying her handgun.
3 minutes later....
Ada and Josh have their backs to the wall, hugging it to avoid coming within a certain distance of the creature. Ivanna huddles behind the reception desk, hiding from a red, fleshy nose above her. It sniffs the air, stopping directly above her. The creature has no skin, red muscle tissue adorns its entire body. Ivanna cries in fright as it stabs at the desk with massive claws, piercing it like paper.
She rolls forward, barely avoiding the tips of them. Ivanna tries to reach Mark but the creature places itself between them, cutting her off from help. It is the size of a person, standing on two feet. It faces Mark, growling at him. The creature has no eyes yet its nose is massive, it must be some form of zombie mutation.
The zombie moves swiftly after growling, swiping the air as it leaps toward Ivanna. Mark shoots the zombie in the back though, stopping it before it reaches her. The bullet bounces its back, a small indention where the bullet hit. "Shit! What the hell?" Mark asks, wondering how he will deal with this. "Unh!" Mary heaves, tossing a heavy vase past Mark.
It collides with the zombie's head, flooring it. "Come on Ivanna!" She yells, extending her hand for her to grab. Ivanna makes a break for it, reaching toward Mary's hand. The zombie recovers to its feet, sniffing the air once again. It backhands Ivanna in the stomach, sending her flying against the wall. She grunts upon hitting it, landing on the floor in a daze.
Mark fires two more shots but the zombie doesn't even feel them, ignoring him. Instead, it focuses on Mary. Covering the distance between them, it cuts her across the face. Mary is thrown to the ground, blood seeping from the cuts. "Not her! You won't get her again!" Mark shouts, tackling the zombie from behind. He shoves it aside, leaning down to check on Mary. "I'm okay." She says, wiping a small bit of blood from her mouth. "Good." Mark replies, relieved.
"Oooh." Ivanna moans, still at the zombie's mercy. Mark sees that he is going to have one shot at this, if he fails then Ivanna is zombie chow.
Current time: 12:11 p.m.
Primary Goal: Save Ivanna
Secondary Goal: Kill the Super Zombie somehow
Vitality: 76% Apparel: Black T-shirt, Blue jeans, Redwing boots Entourage: Ivanna Fuke (Health 65%), Mary Hunter (Health 85%) Ada Wong (Health 97%), Josh Sherman (94%) Weapons (2 maximum): Homeland Shotgun (4/10), 9mm Beretta (12/0) Inventory (5 slots): Car keys, Cell phone Sanity: 74% Karma: +32
A) Fire at the zombie with Mark's shotgun, hopefully it will have an impact and distract it so Ivanna can get away (70%)
B) Give Mary the Beretta and open fire, two guns might bring down the zombie (59%)
C) Call for Josh and Ada to help, Mark will give Mary the Beretta and all four people will attack the zombie (50%)
D) Allow the zombie to reach Ivanna, Mark is feeling sadistic...
Now I'm sure somebody will ask, "But Tbone why pick B or C when A has the highest chance for success?!" There is a point to this. If B or C succeed, the chance of the zombie being killed is much greater.
If it is killed, then it will not pose a threat for the remainder of the group's time at the Police Station. After I roll for the initial percentage, I'm going to roll a second time to see if a hidden chance to kill the zombie is successful.
Of course C has the greatest chance of killing the Super Zombie but A has the highest chance of saving Ivanna. Is the risk worth the reward? Only you, the voters, can decide.

Current time: 12:11 p.m.
"Ada, Josh help us out here!" Mark calls while tossing the Beretta to Mary. Both of them turn to open fire on the zombie but by the time they face it, it is already upon Ivanna. "Aaaah!" She screams as the zombie bores down upon her, gouging her in the eyes with its claws. It lifts her into the air, gnawing at her throat while her legs dangle. It holds her up by keeping its claw embedded into her eye sockets, the flesh on the back of her head pierced slightly as ivory colored claws protrude from it.
She is spared a quick death at least, the zombie devouring her body after she is already dead. Mark and the others watch in a mixture of horror and fascination, unable to fire their weapons as the zombie continues to feast. Once it has gorged itself on Ivanna's torso, it tosses her waist aside, presumably from being full. The red zombie yawns now, standing still as it takes a few moments to digest its meal. "Shoot the fucking thing." Mark says, taking the first shot. He hits it between the shoulder blade, quickly pumping another slug into the zombie.
Mary empties the remaining magazine into it alongside Ada; Josh uses whatever objects he can get his hands on as projectiles. The zombie cringes after every shot, enduring an inhuman amount of damage. Mark is forced to reload after four shots, Mary empty by this time while Ada reloads as well. "I'm out." Mary tells Mark, keeping a close on the zombie should it try anything. "It can't take much more, look at its back." Ada says.
Mark examines the bullet wounds on the zombie's back, seeing what she means. "Look at how much it's bleeding. Before it just shrugged off the shots. We've gotta keep the pressure on it." Mark commands, cocking his shotgun after reloading. Ada fires half a clip into, Josh hurls a rather large vase over his head, Mary chucks a steel chair at the zombie, and Mark finishes the assault with two more shots. The zombie has taken so much abuse that it simply falls over dead, bleeding profusely from the numerous bullet wounds it has sustained.
Mark stands with the others, admiring their handiwork. "We didn't save Ivanna." He mutters, looking straight at her dismembered legs. "That's two people I've failed. Goddamn it!" He punches the wall in frustration, reopening the wounds on his right knuckle. "Mark!" Mary shouts, stomping to get his attention. "Don't beat yourself up like this. It isn't your fault! Why can't you see that? You couldn't have known this would happen, none of us could have suspected something like this was wandering around the station. So tell me, why are you hurting yourself over something you have no control over?" She asks, gripping his right hand in both of hers.
"Because I did have control over it. If I had just acted faster, Ivanna would still be alive. If I hadn't been so reckless, Angela would be right here beside me." He remarks on his failures, storming out of the room. Mary watches Mark sadly, looking to Ada and Josh for advice. "He needs to be alone. Just give him a little while." Ada tells Mary, Josh nodding in agreement with her.
10 minutes later....
Mark splashes his face with cold water, dowsing the burning sensation in his cheeks. "You aren't helpful to anybody. Two women are dead because of you." Mark says to himself, spiraling further into depression. As he stands alone in the men's restroom, Mark hears a clatter coming from the last stall.
"Mark." He hears a soft voice call him. "Who's there?" He asks curiously, moving closer to the source of the voice. The clatter resounds through the restroom again, coming from the same location as the voice. Fear keeps Mark at bay but curiosity beckons him to investigate the stall.
Current time: 12:30 p.m.

A) Open the stall, Mark has to know who or what is saying his name B) Leave the restroom, Mark's sanity can't take much more of this
What impact will this choice have? We'll just have to find out.

B. Unless it's some character we don't know, it's clearly just a dellusion. Likely of Angela. That can do nothing but hurt.
On the off chance it is some character we don't know, Mark almost surely would have recognized the voice.
Then there's the slim odds this is some stranger that somehow knows Mark's name. This is, chances are, someone with vile intentions.
Finally, if it is just some poor innocent survivor, they'll come out of the stall themselves to check out Mark. Let them come to us if they're real.
There's my logic. I'd like you two to consider it and possibly change your votes.
