Dead Reign
I figured we needed some information to link everyone to, as it seems most of us are forgetting where things are or other information.
Story:
Simple zombie story. It's taking place around the time Dead Rising 1 would have. However, the infection instead started in Jericho City, the county seat of Jericho County. When the town began to get infected, people evacuated to other towns, infecting the rest of the county. By this time, the army had quarantined the city and blocked all roads going in and out. The RPG will begin two days after the infection began.
Locations:
Jericho County
Jericho City
Population 1.5 million. The county seat, Jericho, holds most large city amenities; such as a large airport, universities and even a subway. Don't get too excited, the high amount of zombies make this place something you'd avoid unless you're character can somehow butcher their way through thousands of zombies. If they can, you're character is a Mary-Sue and we'll ask you once to leave.
When the infection hit, it hit hard. Those not killed and/or turned in the first wave of attacks fled to the other towns, infecting them. By the time Jericho City had fallen, the remote county was quarantined, with most roads being blocked by the army who have orders to kill anything on foot.
On the outskirts of this city holds a refugee camp made up of tents and cars in the middle of a forest clearing.
Raven's Gate
Population 80,000. Raven's Gate is a small city surronded by mountains to the North and East and forests to the South and West with a river running through it. Despite its size, it does hold some facilities a larger town would have, including a zoo and tram line that connects to the city's closest neighbour, Willamette. The city is based on Raccoon City from the Resident Evil, and is described as having a large array of architectural styles thrown into one city, though the buildings are primarily influenced by Gothic architecture.
Seraphim Falls
Population 25,000. Described as having a street from the 1800's that looks like an Old Western town which tourists come to see. It is located more in the centre of the map.
Willamette
Population 53 594. Distinguishing characteristics: Jack shit. The town boasts a gaudy mall from an architect's nightmare that I'm sure we all know too well. Highway and tram rail connects the city to Raven's Gate, though the infection has rendered both unusable.
Woodberry
Population 1,000. A small town with no real interesting locations, besides a McDonald's and a Wal-Mart. The most notable feature is a National Guard Station located on the outskirts, which houses many useful weapons, armor and even a tank (think any town, USA).
Shady Sands
Population 1,200. The town is small and also surrounded by plains. It's closet neighbour is Jericho City. When refugees from Jericho fled, Shady Sands was hit hard.
Baronville
Population 200. A small hamlet surrounded by creeks and forests. It only contains a few shacks and a general store (think Swamp Fever in Left 4 Dead 2 but without the swamp).
Prosperity
Population: 14. Located far north. A couple of streets with a few houses and a general store in a valley. Similar to Baronville, but not suffering the poverty. It is located in the center of the plains. The town is isolated, surrounded by mountains on two sides and a canyon at the north. Only one road leads out.
Jericho County Surroundings
The county includes mountain ranges and canyons to the north, large forests throughout, snow resorts to the far north west and rivers running through the middle. Outside of the cities includes numerous farms, trailer parks, gas stations, zombies and whatever typical rural accommodations you'd find. It should also be noted there is a summer camp to the west.

For note: People have been asking to do maps of the locations. Go ahead. I'll be making a map of Raven's Gate. Just post in this thread what map you'll be making or changes to the cities or whatever.
