Character Name: Anthony "Tony" Reddick
Age: 26
Gender: Male
Birthplace: Dallas, Texas
Physical Appearance (Photo or description):
Good, Evil, or Neutral: Good
Strengths: Tony benefits from a military background due to enlisting directly out of high school. He knows how to operate most conventional firearms due to his military training. This has been further supplemented by training by law enforcement, Tony being a police officer himself.
He is also adequately trained in hand to hand self defense techniques as well as partial training with improvised weaponry, a skill that has saved his life more than once. He possesses a rudimentary knowledge of field medicine, a requirement of his army training.
Weaknesses: Tony is knowledgeable of the town of Fog Glen thanks to being fairly new to the town. He had only lived there for a short time before the outbreak began. He can also be a bit reserved at times since he is so new to the town.
Weapon Of Choice (Within reason): 9mm Hangun & a nightstick.
Personality: Tony is a stand up guy for the most part. If anyone ever needs a hand or just a person to talk to, he's willing to help out. Having seen firsthand some of the terrors of war, it also takes more to shake him than the average person (as much as that means when the walking dead are involved that is). Tony also has a tendency to attempt to please everybody which has been know to cause conflict from time time.
History: Tony enlisted in the Army directly out of high school, believing the military to be his calling. He was right, for a time. He enjoyed the company of his squadron immensely, and for the first few years, life was good. He even formed a bond with Troy, his fellow rookie in the squad.
It wasn't meant to last though as a botched operation resulted in the death of Troy before Tony's very eyes. Witnessing his near brother fall in combat and the lackluster support for his family by the military after his death disillusioned Tony to his station. Despite 7 years of service, he decided to leave the military instead of renewing his enlistment.
Still driven by a need to protect something, Tony decided to pursue a career in law enforcement. After training for several months and a short stint in a branch of a Las Vegas police department, Tony took a job with the Fog Glen police department.
Location At Time Of Outbreak: Patrolling by himself.
