Character Name: Jack Krysta
Age: 24
Gender: Male
Birthplace: Las Vegas, Nevada
Physical Appearance (Photo or description): Standing at an even six feet tall, Jack is of average height. He has jet black hair, which he keeps short and slightly spiky in the front (think Nathan Drake for the style of it). Jack is a fairly handsome fellow, not an outright prettyboy but not exactly rugged either. He has a small amount of hair on his face due to not shaving for a day or two prior to the outbreak, and while not ripped, he is still lean and slightly muscular.
Jack's style of clothing is fairly simplistic. He wears a leather black and red racing jacket similar to Chuck Greene's with the word 'Ottsel' branded on the front in grey letters along with the letters 'N D' patched onto the right sleeve, the two letters being separated by a red paw print, a pair of comfortably broken in blue jeans, and black boots.
Good, Evil, or Neutral: Good.
Strengths: While possessing a fairly wide array of unarmed skills he can use if necessary (this IS Dead Rising after all), Jack prefers guns, particularly small civilian arms but he can use a shotgun or a rifle if need be. Having spent more than his time at the range, he is accurate with all of them, though he has never actually fired at a person before.
Weaknesses: Jack is more than a bit reckless and unconventional when fighting up close, getting close to the zombies' teeth and nails more than would be considered necessary, and tends to disregard his own safety when helping others at times, which can get him into rather sticky situations.
Weapon Of Choice: 9mm pistol, preferably dual-wielded, but he will use a plethora of weaponry throughout the RPG.
Personality: A fairly selfless individual, Jack can be your best friend, both inside a bar and out, so long as he is approached in a sensible manner. He doesn't mind making a few sacrifices if it'll ensure the survival of another, and always favors saving others versus leaving them behind if there's a hint of possibility. However, he wants to survive the outbreak just like everyone else, and at least attempts to avoid helping truly lost causes if he can do so.
History: A bit of a loner most of the time, Jack grew up almost entirely with his older brother, as his parents were quite dysfunctional. The two found themselves sharing an apartment in Las Vegas, the city that never sleeps, both of them finding work in the casinos to make ends meet -- Jack as a bartender and his brother as a poker dealer. While they certainly weren't rich, they got by well enough, managing to at least keep their house and food in the cabinets.
Fairly quickly it became evident that a vacation would be needed for the both of them, however, as the blinding lights of the beautiful city seemed to grow dull and stale as time went on. While his brother chose the beaches of California, Jack wanted something particularly quiet and secluded from the world, and thus he came to decide on Willamette, Colorado, a town with a population of 53,594 and literally no distinguishing characteristics whatsoever save a giant shopping mall. It seemed perfect, but as he would discover, seeming perfect and being perfect were two entirely different things.
Location At Time Of Outbreak: Being on vacation, Jack was not overly planning his routes, and happened to be at the mall browsing their wares when the zombies appeared.
