This is a topic where we discuss ideas or events that happen or will happen in DRR. I also suggest we talk about select pieces of plot that happen within Dead Rising 1(the cure, Barnaby, Carlito) and explore whether or not we use them and if we should change anything. This is still kind of early, but we should get our ideas and the like layed out in front of us going forward. So, any ideas?

A couple things I think we should change from the game:
- I don't think Brad and Jessie should appear until after the survivors have made it to the security room. It can be like they were sent a few hours later after the military chased off Frank's ride and confirmed there were survivors within the mall. Instead of Brad, Trevor or Brock could urge people to run for the now open security room, and Rick, Roadie, Song, and Shen can help fight the zombies while the survivors make their way to safety. Inside the security room can be an automated system to open all gates within the mall, including the one cutting through the Entrance Plaza.
- I don't think we should do the special forces part. If this RP lasts long enough to go indefintely, there's no need to limit ourselves to three days. Also, we could just have the military fail to stop the outbreak and have it go global.
- I think we should add a bar to the Food Court.
- With infected wasps being a part of the Dead Rising lore, I think it would be cool there were some nests in various parts of the mall, where the wasps get super aggressive if people come near. Much like real wasps, because fuck wasps.

Ace and I MIGHT have something we're working on. We'll see about getting back to you once the time is right.

A couple of ideas i had: We need to change the layout of the mall. There should be a way into the mall vis the tunnels, like a garage door. We also need a small, cramped bathroom in the security room. Possibly under the stairs? Small shower, toilet, and sink all in one cramped little area? Wonderland Plaza could have more rides. Queen wasp carriers shouldn't be weak, slow moving monsters that don't attack. I was thinking they would be like gas zombies from Dead Rising 2? Overly powerful and fast? Maybe they could be big hives in of themselves, looking like the lepotitsa in Resident Evil 6? And, to build on the wasp idea, when the queen feels comfortable, it could lay down and form a stationary hive that begins to grow using dead zombie flesh transported via singular wasps, instead of whatever an actual wasp hive uses. Though, that is not to say random wasp nests made from corpses can spring up from baby wasps and trying to birth a queen. Much like real wasps, because fuck wasps. I love the wasp idea. But, as we said in the chat, only queens should be able to infect. Regular Santa Cabeza wasps should just sting. Possibly cause dizziness, nausea, vomiting. Some sort of negative effect. The bar can be in the middle of the food court. And I agree with the Brad and Jessie idea, maybe we can make Jessie more competent and have the two actually fight their way into the mall.

Just a small idea from me. I feel that given the amount of survivors and whatnot, the Hunting Shack should be expanded, kinda like a Bass Pro almost.

Yes Kong, because I'm clearly a one trick pony. Don't worry, it's more subtle than that. Plus it doesn't even require Cletus alive. I can message you details if you want me to.

Sure if you want, and I planned on killing Cletus anyway.

So here's the first of many plans: the Hunting Shack is actually a front of Brett's criminal activities of....smuggling fire arms. He's a weapons dealer, and the Shack leads to a place where he stores his wares in the mall. Part of Brett's backstory that I'm going to reveal is that he actually partially funded the reconstruction of the North Plaza for his nefarious means.

I feel like some tension can be built between Rick and Brett, as well.
