You find Brad cleaning his handgun under the stairs, enjoying the tranquil moment to himself. "Before you even speak, allow to take a wild guess. You need my help taking care of something in the mall, don't you?" He says knowingly, relieving of the need to explain. "Pretty much. Since you already know why I'm here, what's your answer?" You ask, not feeling the need to tell him what you want him to do exactly. "Sure. I can't sit by while people are suffering out there." Brad nods as he walks by you, a moment of mutual understanding that transcends words passing by silently.
After Brad, you seek the assistance of Frank, John, and Cliff, all of whom agree to aid you once again. "Just don't go wreckin' the place this time." John smirked when you spoke with him. Noticing the hustle and bustle of the normally quiet Security Room, Isabella approaches you, asking what all the commotion is about.
"There's trouble throughout the mall so I'm gathering people to help quell the mayhem." You explain somewhat impatiently, ready to be gone. "Allow me to come. I need to find Carlito and this is the best opportunity for me to do so without venturing off by my lonesome." She requests of you. You sigh, but oblige her nontheless.
Also taking note of the excitement, Cynthia approaches you immediately after Isabella sets off to join the others. "You're leaving, aren't you?" She asks curiously, a mischevious look set upon her face. "Yeah we are. Why do you ask?" She intrigues your curiosity, causing you to wonder what she has in mind. "Take me with you. I don't like sitting around here, waiting for something to happen. Besides, I'd prefer to remain with you." She giggles, taking a small step closer.
You smile uneasily but how can you say no? I'm probably going to regret this.... "Come along then, I'll stay close to you." Cynthia bursts with excitement as she gives you an enthusiastic hug, following you to the vents once you are ready.
You give a brief explanation of where you want everyone to go, receiving no objections with the pairing arrangements. "We're off." You say, leading the way out of the vent onto the rooftop.
Once everyone enters Paradise Plaza, the group splits into two, going their seperate ways to handle their assigned task. "We'll be investigating a group of survivors went into a women's clothing store in Wonderland Plaza. Jessie mentioned something about a massive blob preceding them though, so be prepared for anything." You advise as you, Cynthia, Frank, and John enter said plaza.
Your brushes against the transceiver Jessie gave to you before your departure, advising you to keep it on channel four should she need call you. "This better not be a freak..." John mutters as you climb the stairs near the giant mascot of Willamette Parkview Mall. "Good job John, you probably just jinxed us all hell." Frank mutters angrily, glaring at the man once everyone is at the top of the stairs.
"Boys, behave. It's probably nothing more than..." Cynthia stops speaking when she feels the ground shakes ever so slightly. "Keep your eyes peeled." You warn, entering the store that Jessie had signaled. You peer around the corner with one eye, finding two women handcuffed to seperate tables covered with clothes.
"Wha...." You trail off upon seeing the massive blob that Jessie spoke of. Stumbling into view, you stay fixated on the beast, wondering exactly what is. "A man?! You skanks attracted another one!" It bellows, revealing itself to be a woman. "I warned you whores what would happen if you did this again." Before you can utter a word, the gigantic woman, adorned with a police uniform, wields a taser that she uses to shock the woman directly beside her.
"Aaaah!" She squeals in pain, much to the horror of her fellow captives. After conducting a head count, you see that she has five captives in all. The woman tied to the chair, three handcuffed to different tables, and one woman restrained in the rear of the store. She is wearing a waitress uniform with a name tag but you aren't allowed time to read it as the cop spits out vulgar insults, all of which are directed at you.
"Dear lord. That isn't human." John remarks now the he and the others are in the store, now outnumbering your lone foe. Cynthia wraps herself around your arm, horrified by the look that Officer Jo is giving her. "Hey, heifer, eyes right here." You command, attempting to divert her attention from Cynthia. "You bastard, no man speaks to me that way." She points at herself with a meaty finger that resembles a sausage.
"Just for that, I think I'll introduce this bitch to my little friend." She twirls a knightstick in her right hand, caressing the woman in the chair slowly all over her body. "Please, help me." She coughs, still feeling the effect of the voltage that struck her previously.
Jo chuckles at her plea for help then suddenly clubs her over the back of the head, rendering her unconscious. You prepare to launch an attack when, out of the blue, Frank is tackled from behind by another gargantuan figure. "Joan, it's about time you showed up." The other cow snaps, greeting her fellow bovine relative.
"I can't take my eyes off you for five mintues without you attracting all the trash within the mall." Her sister, who appears almost identical, replies in a raspy voice. "Can't...breath." Frank shouts from under her layers of fat, which are slowly creeping over the reporter, threatening to engulf him with each passing moment.
"What do we do?!" John asks in frustration, baffled by the sudden appearance of a second lesbian blob. "Just so you don't get any ideas, consider this." Jo puts away her knightstick and brandishes a handgun next, which she aims at the waitress in the rear of the store. The ground quaking with each step, she walks to the woman and grabs her, holding her between you and herself as a hostage.
The waitress merely moans as Jo chokes her with a sagging arm, her mouth covered by the behemoth's flesh. John stands ready to strike at your side while Cynthia quivers in fear to your right. Damn it! If we move, she'll decorate the wall red with that waitress's brain. But if we don't, Frank'll suffocate soon.
You have to act wisely, this is a very delicate situation that you now find youself in.

Feeling at the top of your game, you decide that the best course of action would be to activate the abilities of the parasite. This is going to be tricky, I never consciously called upon them before. Okay, now how do I go about doing this?Time is of the essence as you attempt to utilize your powers. "H-hurry!" Frank grunts as Joan's massive flabs of fat engulf the reporter. "Looks like your little friend won't last much longer. Ha ha ha!" Jo cackles, reveling in the hopelessness of your situation. "John, on my mark I want you to bum rush Joan, I'm going after the whale in the back." You command as you feel the power flow through you. Your senses sharpen, your reflexes respond instantly, and your mind becomes clear as the midday clear. Before the harmful side effects of activating your powers can kick in, you give the signal. "Now!" You leap in a glorious bound across the store, soaring over a dumbfounded Joan's head directly at Jo. "Haargh!" John drives his axe into the back of the blob atop Frank, digging in with all his strength in an attempt to penetrate her blubbery hide. Cynthia watches in awe, fixated on your flying figure as you approach the mall cop and her hostage. "Wha-" You slam into the flabbergasted woman with a powerful headbutt that rattles the ground beneath her feet. Releasing the waitress, Jo is thrown into the wall by your momentum, creating an indention that could house a small African village. "Head over there near the door, I'll finish up here." You say while helping the waitress up. "But-" You shake your head and put your hand over her mouth as she speaks, signaling that this is not a subject up for debate. You cut the ropes that were binding her and send her off, shifting your attention back to Jo. "You little shit, no man touches me and gets away with it!" Climbing out of the indention in the wall, the heifer is completely unfazed by your previous attack. Without warning, she charges at you in a desperate plea to take you to the ground where she can suffocate as her sister had done to Frank. "Not gonna work." You taunt with your katana at the ready. You simply shake your in head in disappointment as you effortlessly sidestep her tackle, countering by slicing low at the Achilles tendon on her left foot. Her one leg unable to support her massive frame, Jo topples to the ground, nearly crushing the woman who is unlucky enough to be nearby. "Oooow!" She screams in pain, blood spurting out of the back of her foot to form a small puddle that you step into. "I'm going to enjoy this." You utter coldly, thrusting your sword into the spine of the whale. Her screams are raspy and short of breath as you dissect her from behind, folding back layer after layer of fat until you have reached her spine. Her body lying in a mound of fat, flesh, and blood, Jo has succumbed to death at your hands. Immediately following your defeat of the mall cop, you feel the drain that accompanies the use of your powers. In the meantime, Frank and John struggle to the humongous blob that has decided to take up residence atop Frank. "Keep pushing! I can feel her moving." Frank's muffled voice calls from under Joan. "Get your filthy hands off me!" She cries, John's axe slowly penetrating her protective blubber with every swing. On the seventh swing of his axe, John finally strikes crimson, causing Joan to lash out at him with an arm the size of rottweiler. Her limited reach hinders the effectiveness of this tactic, affording John more than enough time to retreat. As John prepares to strike again, he beholds a sight that some would deem impossible. Joan is lifted straight in to the air, fruitlessly begging for mercy, "Stop! Please, Jo forced me to attack you!" This plea falls on deaf ears as Frank, with the strength of five men, hoists her higher yet, putting her in the prime position to be thrown out of the store. "Move aside." Frank tells John, who is more than happy to oblige him. "Have a nice trip, see ya next fall!" Frank laughs as he tosses Joan forward, the burly photographer gasping for breath while doing so. Her screams fade as she crashes through the wall, the distance between her and her would-be victims climbing with each passing second. You free each of the women after the fighting is over, hardly noticing the drain of the parasite. "That was incredible, I've never seen anyone fight like that. I'm Kay Nelson." The woman who was tied to the chair introduces herself and helps free the others. The other three women give their names quietly, visibly traumatized by their encounter with the lesbian mall cops. Great, another band of defenseless of damsels who are unable to speak, this should fun.Janet, the woman wearing the blue sweater, leads the way out of the store as Kelly, a woman wearing an outfit straight out of the '80s, follows suit. Lily, who has on a purple shirt and brown slacks, walks with Kay as they chat with both Frank and John. "Are you all right?" You ask the waitress on your way out. "Fine, thanks to you. That was close, I really thought it was the end for me." She sighs, her blue eyes gazing at you with a radiant kindness. "I guess I should tell you my name, huh? Cindy Lennox, at your service." She curtsies in her uniform, pulling the frills of her skirt aside with both hands in an exaggerated manner. (Picture of Cindy Lennox: www.bakane.net/thairesidentevil/reob/characters/cindy1.jpg ) "Nice to meet you, Cindy. This is Cynthia." You pull the Latina to your side, amused by the similarity of their names. "Hello. I know this probably isn't the best time to ask this, but how in the world did you end up as a prisoner for those....things?" Cynthia inquires, oddly curious about how this came to be. "That's something for another time, right now I just want to get out of here." Cindy strolls out of the store in silence, her heels clacking on the tiled floor. "Let's go." You guide Cynthia out into Wonderland Plaza, where the transceiver rings. "Are you there?" Jessie asks from the Security Room. "Yeah, what's the damage?" You motion for the others to quiet down so that you can hear her better. "I think you should-" Jessie suddenly becomes quiet as you hear a loud banging sound in the background. "Jessie...Jessie, what was that?" You await a reply, which takes more than a minute to come. "Something's trying to get in for the past ten minutes. But that's not what I'm telling you about. It looks like the others have taken care of the rowdy convicts in the park but I can't find them anywhere. After they crashed that jeep into a tree, they just disappeared." She says quietly, a hint of fear in her voice. Fuck, this isn't good. The others are missing and something's back at the Security Room. "All right, we're going to see what's pestering them back at the Security Room. I'm sure the others are fine, Cliff and Brad can handle themselves as well as Isabella." You tell everyone, making the decision for all of them. "We don't object." Kay speaks for all who were previously Jo's prisoners. "Not much else we can do." Frank interjects, signifying that they should get moving with a flick of his wrist. "Stay close." You tell Cynthia before venturing forth, setting a somber mood for the rest of trip.
John keeps to himself as you walk, still covered in the blood of the beached whale. His thoughts are his own, no telling what he's thinking though... You dismiss futher inquries, deciding it would be best to let him sort out his own problems. Cindy walks at a brisk pace to keep up with the group, her heels hindering her ability to walk. She keeps them on though for fear of stepping on a stray limb that might have been left behind by a zombie.
Once in the Entrance Plaza, Frank shushes the group after hearing a strange sound. "Listen." He whispers, cupping his hand over his ear hear better. A faint screech echoes throughout the plaza, followed by the pounding of fists on metal. This pattern continues for several minutes, occasional featuring a momentary silence in which the spires you created will crumble ever so slightly.
You know the sounds are coming from the rear of the plaza, where a small hallway leads to the Security Room, which houses the welded door to keep out curious undead.
"I don't like this, I think it'd be better if a few of us went around through the warehouse, to check and see if anything got inside through that route." John suggests, offering a very sound plan for the moment. "Maybe we better stick together though, that thing doesn't sound too friendly." Frank argues, presenting another valid point.
You glance to the six unarmed women whom you are escorting, pondering their potential usefulness in this situation. A distraction is never a bad idea.... Your face visibly displays your objection to this thought. Why in the world would I even think such a thing?!
Thankfully, no one noticed your momentary lapse, all focused on the drumming of whatever is in the plaza. You stroke your chin as you enter a state of deep thought, your mind going over possible solutions to this slight conundrum.

"John, take everyone else up to the Security Room. Frank and I'll proceed through here and flank the damn thing." You command with finality so that there may be no objections. You can see that Cynthia would rather come with you but you avert your gaze, looking into her beautiful hazel eyes any longer might cause you to change your mind.
Before she leaves though, you take Cynthia aside to assure her, "I'll be right behind y'all, don't worry about me. Just follow John and wait for me, okay?" She locks eyes with you for a moment then whispers, "I'll wait for you." You hug her tightly then release her to fulfill your duty.
"What do you reckon this thing is?" You ask Frank, hoping his input might actually prove useful. "Honestly? I'm hoping for a little pixie that'll whisk us out of here on rainbows of love. But short of that, I'm expecting some sort of death machine that's capable of ripping us apart limb from limb." Frank says cheerfully as though this were nothing serious. He's acting like this is all one big joke, where the hell does he get this confidence from?! While Frank's self-confident attitude is lifting, it is enough to make one question, is he partially insane?
You disregard this notion, the prospect of traveling with a possible lunatic is in no way appealing. The trek through the Entrance Plaza is long and rough, the destruction you caused previously makes navigating an arduous task that must be handled with the utmost care.
More than once, you are forced to quickly react to falling debris due to the weakened infrastructure of the plaza. "I still can't believe this place nearly collapsed on us. Whatever you did, I'm glad you're on our side." Frank tells you, bringing forth a small tinge of guilt thanks to your previous thoughts of the man.
Franka and you finally arrive at the source of the pounding but remain stationed outside the hallway, hesitant to enter the enclosed space. "So, who should go in first?" You ask him, your eyes fixated on the long scratch marks etched into the stone leading down the hallway.
"I volunteer you for that job, Oh Fearless Leader." Frank nudges you with his elbow, forcing you to take a step forward into the hall. "Coward...." You grumble under your breath as you reluctantly take the lead, which allows you catch the first glimpse of your foe.
Pounding savagely at the end of the hall is a scrawny creature that, upon closer inspection, you can see was once a person. His skin has rotted, leaving only muscle tissue in its place. His entire frame is extremely thin from what you guess is malnutrition, leaving him nothing more than a rabid creature on the brink of starvation. His fists are doing nothing to the steel door, which remains firm as long as the futile assault continues.
The sight of the malnurished creature is so humorous that you are unable to stifle your laughter. "Ha ha ha!" Your side begins to ache as your laughter builds to the point that the creature hears it over his pounding of the door.
"Oh, I can't take it anymore!" You say through gritted teeth, clutching your side in pain. The creature lets out a shrill screech then charges with the ferocity of a crazed bull.
You prepare for a difficult struggle with him as you lower your stance, prepared to take the brunt of his tackle. The lanky man collides with you at full force, striking you headfirst in the chest. It does absolutely nothing to you however. "What the hell?" You chuckle, his body having gone limp and slumped to the ground.
You check his neck to find that he is dead, the force of the blow must have broken his neck. "Well that was a bit anticlimactic, don't ya think?" Frank states in a disappointed tone. "Let's head back to the warehouse." He takes the lead this time as penance for shoving you beforehand.
The transceiver rings shortly after the creature's death, no doubt it's Jessie calling to ask what has happened. "It's taken care of. We're on our way back to the Room now." You interject before she even has an opportunity to speak. "That's good to hear. We'll be waiting for you." She replies then clicks off from her end.
You reach the Security Room in a short amount of time, there were relatively few zombies blocking your path. "All right, I've got some things that need tending to so don't bother me until I'm ready." Frank tells you, effectively barring you from asking him for assistance should the need arise.
You enter the monitor room to find Jessie staring at them intently. "There's been no sign of Brad, Cliff, and Isabella for well over forty minutes now. I'm worried that...." She doesn't finish her sentence, worried that she might jinx them if she does so.
"Did John get back here safely with everyone?" Are the first words out of your lips, which popped out surprisingly quickly. "Yeah, he took them all back there. I noticed that we're starting to get a large amount of woment back there...." She cocks an eyebrow at you, which you take as an insult. "Ah! What're you accusing me of?" You feign ignorance in an exaggerated manner, prompting a small chuckle from the buxom blonde.
"Anyway, they're still out there somewhere. I think you should head out as to find them as soon as possible. Rest if you need to though." She suggests, turning her attention back to the monitors. She's right. I'm not worried about Cliff, but Brad is a member of the DHS and Isabella is a wanted terrorist. Tensions might start running high if I leave them together too long.....

A) Speak with Jesse a bit longer before leaving, she's been looking rather tense as of late
B) Find Cynthia, she was sad to have left you before and might need some comforting.....
