Jessie rubs her neck as continues to watch the monitors, the stress over the past day has finally begun to take its toll on her. "Hey, are you all right, Jessie? You're looking rather worn out at the moment." You asked in concern. "No, I'm fine. It's just that between the constant danger everyone seems to be in and all the psychopaths wandering about, it gets to be a little much." She sighs deeply as the chair swivels to the side, allowing Jessie to face you again.
"I know what you mean. I can't believe I'm still kickin. There've been plenty of times already where I should be dead but...." You lose yourself in thought as your mind wanders to the parasite, you haven't obtained any answers whatsoever pertaining to the object. I need to get either get Isabella or Sean to tell me everything they know, I don't like running around with this death-dealer inside me. What if I exert myself too much and it kills me?
Disregarding the solemn thought, you turn your attention back to Jessie. "You were saying?" She asks. "Oh, what? Sorry, I zoned out for a moment. Anyway, this is a hell of a situtation we've all gotten ourselves into. Trapped in a zombie infested mall with no way to contact the outside world. Hell of a day huh?" You chuckle softly in an attempt to lighten the mood.
"Yes it is, I'm actually beginning to wonder if....." Jessie stops herself, it appears that she was beginning to say something she shouldn't. "Wonder what? I know something's up now so just spill it or else I'll keep pestering you." She is reluctant to continue speaking but your point has been made, she has no choice but to comply.
"All right, HQ has been out of reach for over ten hours now, none of our transmissions have been able to connect. Our system shows that they're operational but they won't answer. We think.....they're intentionally ignoring us." Her voice quivers as she says the last few words, she is beginning to question her belief in the organization she was so eager to work for.
"What?! Why in the hell would they do something like that?" You accidently shout, taken aback by this sudden turn of events. Your voice carries throughout the entire Security Room, no doubt the others will begin gathering to discover the distrubance is.
Right on cue, the first person to enter is Bridget though she is by herself. "What was that? I nearly leaped out of my clothes." She asks of you, receiving a glare from Jessie. "Yeah, that's a stretch." Jessie says just a bit too loudly. "I'm sorry? Does Granny panties have something she'd like to say?"Bridget snaps at the blonde agent. Oh shit, it's getting a bit warm in here...
Jessie practically leaps out of her chair at this comment, her gaze now beginning to fill with rage. "What'd you say?" Her voice has an edge of scorn to it, this isn't going to be pleasant for either of the women if it continues. "You heard me Granny panties, with that outfit you look like you belong in a nursing home." The model retorts, deciding to get into the face of her aggressor.
You watch with a modicum of interest as the tension builds until it seems that both women are ready to strangle each other. Maybe I should break it up, but then again it's not everyday one gets to watch a catfight between two graciously endowed women....

A) Allow the catfight to continue, better for both woment to get it out of their systems now
B) Break it up, if this continues the only thing that will come about is hatred between the two of them for the rest of their time together in the mall

As much I'd love for this to continue, it'd be in everyone's best interest if I stop it now.
"All right you two, simmer down NOW." You emphasize now to get your point across, successfully gaining their attention with the force of your voice. "Arguing like this doesn't solve anything. The only thing it's going to do is make you despise each other to the core, which will more than likely come to a head later. And eve more likely at the most inopportune time. So we'll finish this now. Jessie, apologize for the rude remark you made." You demand of her.
"Fine, I'm sorry." She extends her hand as a gesture of good faith. "Me as well. I'm sure you aren't wearing granny panties. Cotton panties, am I right?" She asks after shaking Jessie's hand, immediately forgetting all scorn that she was previously bearing. "H-how'd you know?!" Jessie's face burns with embarassment while you chuckle at this strange turn in the conversation.
"I have a knack for it. You office women are all the same, you prefer it for the comfort and it has a certain forbidden allure should men catch a glimpse of it. It's a tried and true approach." Bridget winks at Jessie, whose face is still flushed as she attempts in vain to change the subject. "I-I....We st-still need to..." She can't utter a single word without stuttering, much to your amusement.
"I'll play ball and tell you what I'm wearing. Purple lace if it isn't obvious enough." Bridget takes a step toward Jessie and caresses her breasts, bringing about a very amorous air to the room. "Th-that's nice, but w-we really n-n-need to focus on f-finding the others." She is so nervous she can no longer stand, opting to slouch into her chair as she falters before Bridget's advance. I don't know what in the hell is happening, but I like it!
You adjust yourself accordingly as you feel the blood rushing into your pants. "Shh, don't say a word." Bridget is now face to face with Jessie, her finger on the agent's lips and her eyelashes batting ferociously. Jessie is unable to respond, it would seem the model has successfully seduced the completely heterosexual woman. "And that's how it's done." She suddenly says, breaking the trance she had cast over Jessie.
"What just happened?" She asks in a daze, completely unaware of what had just transpired. "Oh nothing. We just apologized like we were told. Now back to my question, what was all the excitement about?" Bridget inquires innocently. You chuckle when she turns her attention to you, at this moment you know why she did that to Jessie. She did it just to entertain me, this girl is a freak.
"Oh, Jessie was just telling me about what she saw the others do to those psychos in the park. It was ridiculous, wasn't it?" You pass her a quick wink, hoping she'll catch on. "Yeah, it was. They made them crash into the tree. See?" She points Bridget to one of the monitors overlooking the park. "I see...." She obviously knows something is amiss but she doesn't prod any further.
"Well if that's all it was, I'll head back now." She waves to you and nods to Jessie before exiting. "Now that's that done-" Jessie is cut off by a loud banging from the vents. Something is approaching the Security Room frantically from the rooftop....

"Warn everyone else to stay back, I'll handle whatever's coming." You send Jessie without another word, she would only have had some objection or quick words of comfort to add. All right you bastard. Whatever you are, I'm ready for you.
You stand your ground as the sound quickly approaches until a slim figure quickly emerges. "Yah!" You shout, wielding your katana in preparation for a battle. Instead, Isabella crashes into you, sending the two of you tumbling into the wall. After untangling yourselves, you help her up, taking notice of the cut on her lip and the large bruise on her left forearm. "You look like hell. Are you all right?" You ask her. "It's coming. We have to get out of here now!" She utters frantically, pacing around in a circle.
"What's coming? Zombies or more of those psychos in the raincoats?" You try to calm Isabella down by placing your hands on her shoulders but she simply shrugs them off, moving toward the monitor room after doing so. "Stop! This thing, what is it exactly?" You grab her right arm, taking careful consideration to avoid grazing her bruise. "It looks human but it's not. They thought it was a survivor in need of help but I was against approaching it. It grabbed Brad by the throat and snapped his neck like a twig. Cliff threw himself on it back in Paradise Plaza and told me to run back here as swiftly as I could." She drops her gaze to the ground, the guilt welling up in her eyes as tears streak her cheeks.
"I didn't expect him to act so selflessly, he was supposed to run for his life like most Americans would." You had forgotten that Isabella was a supposed terrorist, if only for moment, so you are a bit suprised by her comment. "He's probably fine, the man can handle himself." You can attest to this, flashing back to the pounding that he gave you in this fury.
"You don't understand! This....thing had tentacles that shot out from under its trenchcoat. The smashed through some of the walls like they were merely cardboard. If Cliff couldn't stop it, I'm sure that it will follow me here. We have to get out now!" She shakes loose of your arm, running throughout the Security Room while shouting warnings about the human-like creature. Shit, now everyone's going to be in a panic. This is just what I was trying to avoid with Jessie and Bridget.
Soon enough, the surivors have gathered before you and are rambling on about what something that might not even be coming. "Is she being serious?" Kay gripes rather loudly. "Why the hell would she be joking about something like that?" John retorts, nearly smacking the sense out of the dim woman.
"We should listen to her, she woudn't lie about something like that." Cynthia suggests, acting as a voice reason. "I believe her for what it's worth." Cindy seconds the motion somewhat feebly. Bridget remains silent while the others continue to argue, glancing your way and nodding sagely. I need to stop this before it gets too out of hand. If Isabella's fears are correct, we're simply losing time by arguing like this.
Before you speak, you notice that Frank is nowhere to be seen. Smart son of a bitch is probably staying back so he doesn't have to listen to everyone complain.
"Calm the fuck down! We're not accomplishing anything when we're at each others' throats! Now Kay, honestly why would Isabella lie at a time like this?" You direct your gaze at her and with it, all attention is focused on the woman with the homely face. "Just look at her! Don't tell me you actually trust one of their kind." Her words are laden with scorn deriven from racism.
"You've got to be fucking kidding me! You're going to be that damned ignorant at a time like this?! Get out of my sight, I don't want anything to do with you." You send Kay off with a wave of your hand, completely flabbergasted by how foolish she is acting. "I'll go but I still don't trust her. If anyone else is with me, I'm staying here where we know it's safe." She struts off to her private corner, where she awaits any takers.
Much to your dismay, several of the other women follow her. Kay, Lily, and Janet all join their friend in her stubborn show of attitude, turning their backs to you. "Just ignore them. They'll pay for it soon enough." You say ominously, hoping that the words reach them and strike deep. "Okay, we've got to get moving if we're going to get out of here." Jessie interjects quickly, she hasn't mentioned anything about the loss of her partner yet.
"Let's pick up the pace. Please." Isabella stammers, motioning for everyone to head to the vents. "All right. Just let us get everything in order." You assign different groups of people to certain tasks:
Bridget and Cindy are in charge of gathering what little food and medical supplies there are, Jessie and Cynthia retrieve any remaining communication equipment, Isabella and John see to the retrieval of weapons while you see to convincing Frank to come.
"Don't worry, I'm coming. I heard it all even in here." He says as you enter, saving you the trouble of explaining everything. "That was easy. Let's go." The two of you assist with whatever you can until everyone is ready to exit the Security Room.
Before you leave however, Cynthia makes a request of you. "You can't just leave them here. When that creature comes it'll tear them to shreds. I don't care about the way they feel, they don't deserve to die here." You don't see how she can maintain such a gracious composure but it touches you to see such compassion in a human being. Maybe she's right, it would be wrong to leave them here....
While you contemplate this, everyone else becomes even more eager to leave. Bridget wears a nervous smile while Jessie begins to shift her feet every few seconds. John spins his axe in his hands as Frank calmly leans against the wall. Isabella appears as if she'll break down into a nervous wreck at any moment. Finally, Cindy keeps her hands close to her mouth in a frightened fashion.
Whatever I'm going to do, I need to do it NOW.

Romantic Interests: Cynthia: Her kindness is a very admirable trait. Her slender figure is not a bad bonus either, you know now that there is something between the two of you. All you need to is inquire further. Bridget: After her previous display with Jessie, you know she lusts for you. If you ask her, you will more than likely receive her accomodations..... Jessie: Your engagments with Jessie make your relationship with her a roller coaster to be sure. If the two of you have anything though will most likely be decided soon.
A) Give in to Cynthia's request, she's right about Kay and the other women not deserving to die here
B) Face the facts, y'all need to get out of the Security Room before you lose anymore time
If you vote B, where should you exit through?
1) The vents, it's the most accessible route at the moment
2) Through the welded door to the Entrance Plaza, you'll have to rip it open but it won't deposit you directly into the creature's path (Vitality -10%)

Damn my conscience for getting the better of me. "You're right, nobody deserves to die in a place like this. Give me a minute to talk to them." You leave everybody behind at the vent, they may be fidgety but it would seem they too were concerned about the women that stayed behind.
"Kay, listen up. I know you believe Isabella is lying but what about the off chance that she isn't? You're signing your own death warrant by holding up here." You say in an attempt to appeal to her logical side. "I'll take my chances." She crosses her arms and stomps her foot while turning her head in an act of defiance. This bitch is really starting to get on my nerves.
"H-he's right you know. Now that I think about it, we are screwed if that thing comes in here. I'm sorry Kay but I'm not going to put my neck on the line just for your racist ass." Kelly skulks away from the group of women, where then they were three. So they can listen to reason, this might be a easier than I thought.
"Fine, go with them you backstabbing bitch. When they're all torn apart by the zombies, don't come crying to us if you manage to survive. I knew she wouldn't stay here long." Kay snaps at her so-called friend, who has already gone out of view. "Kay! How could you say that about Kelly?! We've known her since seventh grade. I don't know what happened to you, but you've changed. And not for the better." Janet is the next to speak up, which prompts their self appointed leader to slap her with no warning.
"Uh! That's it, you can rot in hell." Janet storms off, but not before giving Kay what she rightfully deserves, a right hook to the face that floors the homely woman. "You slut! Get back here!" Kay rises up in a fit of rage, seeking to take out her frustration on another lost member. Ha, they're doing the work for me!
"At least you're still here Lily, I knew I could count on you." She says, turning to face her last remaining friend. Sadly, Lily simply shades her head in disappointment and walks away. "Okay, go with them. I don't need any of you. Especially you!" Kay's voice is laden with venom, but it affects you not. This bitch isn't cooperating. I didn't want to have to resort to using force...
With your patience being tested and clock ticking, you can't afford to argue with Kay any longer.

There's only one way she's coming along. "And another thing, you might think you're the head honcho...." You simply sigh as she cotinues to rant about your 'oppresive dictatorship', cracking your knuckles rather loudly in hope that she'll shut up for once. When she continues to shriek at you, you can do nothing but shrug and jab her in the face. She slumps to ground while blood pours from her lip down to her naval. Thank god, some peace and quiet. After lifting her into a fireman's carry, you return to the others. "So you decided to bring her along after all, huh?" Cynthia chuckles upon seeing Kay slung over your shoulders. "I knew you were a big softie afer all." She beams at you and pecks you on the cheek as thanks, reinvigorating you with newfound strength. "We march. Frank, take her for a moment." The reporter willingly relieves you of your burden, freeing your hands for the task at hand. Going through the vents would deliver us into the clutches of this creature, this calls for a different approach."What're you doing?" Jessie asks curiously as you prepare to call upon the strength of the parasite. "Just stand back and watch." You warn, nodding to John before you unleash your fury. "Listen to him, this isn't something you want to get in the way of." He pulls the agent back into the group to allow you operating room. After focusing for a moment, you embrace the slight moment of nirvana that accompanies this. "All right, let's rock." You clench your fists then charge the door, ripping into the welded metal with your bare hands. It tears and roars as you push, harder and harder until it beings to rip at the welded portions. This continues until you give one last heave that rends metal from stone, clearing the doorway for everyone to advance. You drop the door against the wall, panting from the exertion. You fall to a knee while the parasite takes its toll, a small portion of your strength is sapped but it is a negligible amount. Those who had not witnessed your power stare in awe but are quickly herded along by Frank and John. "Don't just stand there, we need to get moving. Hurry along." Jessie avoids your gaze as she walks by, instead keeping a fierce lock on the floor. Bridget smiles knowingly as she walks by, not at all fazed by the demonstration of your strength. Cynthia is tense as she slides past but a reassuring nod from you seems to lift it somewhat. Cindy visibly quakes with fear, opting to bolt through the new doorway to avoid being near you. All three of Jo's former hostages don't seem to care, they actually seem relieved to be traveling with such a strong fellow. At least not everyone is frightened by me....Isabella simply walks by with no noticeable surprise, she knew you were capable of such a feat already. I will get the truth from her one way or another.... "You can have her back." Frank gladly hands Kay off, whom you reluctantly receive. "We need to get moving, I'd rather not stay here any longer." John takes off after the women, followed by Frank and finally yourself. When everyone is at the edge of the Entrance Plaza, you try to formulate the next part of the plan. "Okay, we need to find a place that we can firmly fortify while being able to hold a large amount of people. Any suggestions? Feel free to speak up, it's not like we have anything else to do." You ask of everyone. "There's a blueprint of the mall in Jill's Sandwiches where I worked, it has the entire layout of the mall, including the maintenance passages. They run all throughout the mall and are accessible from just about anywhere." Cindy suggests timidly. "That's a great idea but where is Jill's Sandwiches?" You reply. "In...Paradise Plaza." She chuckles softly and points behind you to precisely the area you were attempting to avoid. Fuck me, of course it'd be in there. You sigh before saying, "Any other ideas?" When all remain silent, you slouch defiantly before regaining your posture. "But if you go, I have to come. They keep the blueprints in the safe that's protected by a fingerprint activated lock. They forked out way too much for such tight security in a small restraunt. I don't know why." Cindy interjects, further dimming your confidence. Could this get any worse?!Vitality: 90%

"I'll come along, you always seem to get in trouble when I'm not around anyway." Frank volunteers, walking forward from the mob of survivors. "Glad to have you aboard." You shake his hand in as he sets off for Paradise Plaza, he'll be awaiting you and Cindy whenever you're ready. Actually, I'm in nothing but trouble when Frank's around. That seems more than a bit odd...."Just get back here quickly, okay?" Cynthia adds before you leave. "No problem. We'll be back in no time." You wave farewell to everyone as you set out again, having to gain a reprieve. "It's all right. If this plan works we'll be sitting in the lap of luxury." Cindy says suddenly as though she read your mind. "It was that obvious, huh?" You chuckle as you answer her, the feeling of long-term fatigue beginning to creep upon you. You mask this behind a thin smile that will hopefully fool her more successfully than before. "Yeah, just a little bit. They rely on you a lot, you know that? I wasn't around everybody very long but I saw the way most of them looked to you for answers. They believe in you." Cindy's words are comforting and offer you a great deal of reassurance, you didn't expect to meet such a kind person in this hell hole of all places. Damn, I need to be careful. This is a very dangerous game I'm beginning to play..."You two sure took your sweet time, didn't you?" Frank scolds once the two of you enter Paradise Plaza. "Hey, we were talking. Cut us some slack, I think we deserve a bit of relaxation even if it's a short stroll." You retort, garnering an inquisitive eyebrow from the journalist. "Sure, whatever you say. Now come on, we should keep them waiting." Frank seems eager to be done with this, which is completely understandable. The creature's previous presence in Paradise Plaza is undeniable. A swath of broken bodies litters the floor, creating an obvious which leads to the warehouse door. "She was right. That thing's probably half way up to the Security Room by now." Frank observes rather obviously. "Thanks genius, we can see that. Where's the sandwich shop at, Cindy?" You ask her politely. "Over there. Let's go." She takes the lead, offering both you and Frank a sublime view of her as she walks. "Now there's something I wouldn't painting a picture of. You should really watch yourself. I saw the way you were looking at her as well as talking. Juggling women around is a dangerous past time kid, I'm speaking from experience." He graciously offers this bit of advice under his breath, though you didn't need the warning. "I'll keep that in mind." You grumble to Frank, ending the conversation right here and now. You arrive at Jill's Sandwiches after wading through the sea of corpses, you find it odd that you didn't encounter a single zombie during your foray into the plaza. "Either that thing was extremely thorough when it came through or....." It dawns on you with such force that you feel like a total fool, you can't believe you didn't see this sooner. "Did you say something?" Cindy turns and asks. "Yeah, hurry up. We need to find that map and get back to the others as soon as possible." You reply urgently. "Why? You saw for yourself the plaza was clear." It strikes immediately after she speaks those words. "Too clear eh?" Frank interjects, having caught on as well. "Find that safe. Frank and I'll keep an eye out for anything that moves." The two of you take up positions near the windows and entrance while Cindy heads behind the counter to the safe. You hear the beeping that accompanies the fingerprint scan followed by the click of the lock. She rifles through the contents until she withdraws the blueprints, removing only this item. You smile brightly she closes the metal door, leaving the cash completely undisturbed. Honest as well, there aren't many people like that left in the world."Got it." She says triumphantly, handing over the objective to you with much pleasure. "Hell yeah, let's go." Frank eagerly sprints ahead, putting a less than comfortable amount of distance between the three of you. "That guy. I guess we'd better go." You allow Cindy to walk in front of you as a gesture of kindness. "And they say chivalry is dead." She giggles, her laughter is like a bird singing in an orchid on a soft aumtumn afternoon. It has a calming affect on you, it is unfortunate you are unable to act soon enough as the next event unfolds. Too late, you spot a figure dash from behind you, scooping Cindy up with a tentacle that protrudes from under a gray trenchcoat. It leaps atop the fountain before you, taunting you by holding Cindy out of reach. "Aahhh!" She squeals in terror, dangling high above you. "Frank!" You call out, desperate to catch the attention of your reinforcements. "Wha-, oh damn it!" You hear him shout, which is proceeded by the patter of footsteps approaching the fountain. (The creature: images1.wikia.nocookie.net/residentevil/images/f/ff/Tyrant_T-103.jpg)The creature opens its mouth, revealing pointed fangs four inches in length. They line its mouth from top to bottom, gleaming in the fluorescent light of Paradise Plaza. Cindy struggles in vain to espace, prompting the creature to tighten the tentacle restraing her. "Unnh..." Cindy grunts weakly as it crushes the life out of her, she can't endure much more of this. "You...already have the blueprints....go. I'll...be fine." She moans with the last of her air before becoming unconscious. "Damn it, what should we do?" You ask nobody in particular, Frank isn't close enough to hear. If we flee, it'd probably stay distacted by Cindy's corpse long enough for us to get away. But I can't just leave her!Vitality: 80% Entourage: Frank West: 100%, Sledgehammer Cindy Lennox: 30% Weapon (2 max): Katana with sheath Inventory (4 max): Transceiver, Mall blueprints Current level: 7 A) Launch yourself at the creature, Cindy will die soon if you don't act but how powerful is thing if it could dispatch of Cliff? B) Do as she said, leave her behind for the sake of getting away safely.... C) Ask Frank if he has any suggestions, he'll have to explain quickly though D) Toss an object at the creature, Frank would be able to flank it while it is distracted but you don't know what it is capable of.... E) Slice at the tentacle, your first priority should be freeing Cindy though you might not be able to reach her F) Unleash your power, you might be able to contend with this threat if you utilize enough of the parasite's strength (-40%) Z) CYOA Here we go again, will Cindy perish in her prime as she has done every other time? Or will YOU actually be able to break the cycle and change her fate?
