Because I'm bored right now, I think it's time for a round of choose their fate. This time we've got Cynthia, Rachel, and Shannon on the line. If you care to, post the fate you.choose of the aforementioned characters. It.can range from live, die, or placed ion peril for the obvious choices. You can also choose the fate of any character in Lily's group if you wish as well.

Everyone dies but Rachel and Isabella and the twins.
Seriously, too many characters to actually feel close to.

I had to flip a coin to break the tie concerning Shannon, and sadly for the stripper, she won't be accompanying Rachel and Isabela.
"No, Cynthia is our first priority. She's the only family I have left..." Isabela allows a deeply personal thought to slip out, revealing to Rachel just how precious her bond with Cynthia is. So that's why she's so protective of her. I had no idea. "Lead the way then." Rachel displays a reassuring smile for Isabela. The Latina responds in kind as she leads the duo into the dimly lit kitchen.
"Cynthia! Are you in here?" Isabela calls as she skulks into the kitchen, cautiously pushing aside the swinging door. Rachel follows closely behind her, keeping an eye on their flank. "See anything?" She asks Isabela. "Nothing yet, but it's too dark for me to see very far ahead. The lights in this place are terrible." She replies as they make their way further into the kitchen, searching high and low for Cynthia as they proceed. "Do you smell that?" Rachel comments on the malignant odor in the air. "Yes, it's gas. Something has sprung a gas leak in here." Isabela recognizes the smell from her tenure as a paramedic in the past. "That's not good. My gun's useless unless I want to blow us the hell up." Rachel begrudgingly holsters her handgun, opting to wield her flashlight for increased visibility.
"That should he-Holy shit!" Rachel tackles Isabela to the ground upon flashing her light across the room. They narrowly avoid the lunge of yet another of the winged creatures. It remains strangely silent as it collides with the wall, knocking aside an assortment of pots and dishes. "Isabela!" A familiar voice calls from the depths of the kitchen. "Cynthia, are you alright?" Isabela foolhardily ignores the immediate threat to check on the well being of her cousin. "We can check on her after we deal with this thing!" Rachel brings her attention back to the matter at hand. The agent bravely bats the monstrosity aside with her flashlight as it attempts to overcome her. The clatter of pans rings loudly once more, the creature scrambling to recover amid the debris.
Isabela charges forward to dispatch of the hostile as she had the previous foes, but this one is a bit more intelligent. While unable to dodge her attack, it instead lashes out with its tail. Isabela staggers back to avoid being sliced by its barbed tail. It's vulnerable now... Rachel takes the opportunity to assault the amalgamation while it is preoccupied. She grabs a heavy frying pan and bashes the center of the thing with all her might, refusing to relent as blood splatters across her face. The creature is dead after three strikes, but Rachel continues until the only thing remaining of its central mass is a grotesque pile of liquid.
"You can stop now, Rachel! It's dead." Isabela grabs her wrist before she can strike again, prompting the blond to release the pan. It crashes to the floor as Rachel realizes what has happened. "I-I don't know what came over me. Thinking about what one of those things tried to do to me before just made me lose it." Though it disgusts her, Rachel seems to strangely admire what she has reduced the creature to. I actually did it. That thing wasn't so hard to kill. Rachel waves aside the loss of control as Cynthia joins them.
"Prima!" Isabela embraces her cousin lovingly, nearly breaking into a sob as her voice begins to choke up. "I'm alright, Izzy. You came just in time." Cynthia gratefully comforts Isabela, piercing the woman's normally stern temperament. Ha, I guess she's capable of displaying emotion after all. "I hate to interrupt the reunion, but there's still the matter of zombies at the front door." Rachel says, having the unfortunate task of snapping her companions back to reality. "Y-you're right." Isabela wipes away a single tear, taking heart in the presence of her cousin. The trio return to the lobby only to find that the doors have given way to the onslaught of the undead. Zombies have already begun pouring in and swarming the area, polluting the club with their foul stench.
Cynthia is horrified to see that four of the zombies have taken the liberty of feasting on the unconscious Shannon, her pink dress torn to ribbons along with her flesh. "Damn it all! I thought we had more time." Isabela curses aloud, brandishing her knife. "I don't think there's a way out through the kitchen. We're going to have to go through the lobby." Rachel observes. Some of the fear has left her voice after the ordeal in the kitchen, much to her own astonishment.
"What about the others though? There are still people in the club. Maybe we can find them?" Cynthia tries to convince the others to perform a rescue attempt. "If we can. Our top priority is going to be to get out of here alive." Isabela says matter-of-factly, closing any further suggestions. "Let's go." The Latina woman begins the assault by slashing at a zombie's throat, taking her cousin's hand as she presses forward. The blonde agent reloads before following suit. Rachel takes the liberty of drawing her handgun and pressing it to a zombie's temple, splattering its brains against its comrades after firing. Though she lacks a proper melee weapon, Rachel uses her hefty flashlight to bash an attacking zombie in the jaw, knocking out a few of its teeth in the process. She darts around the ghoul but must fire at yet another zombie in her path. The bullet grazes its shoulder but stuns it long enough for her to slip past.
Rachel surprises herself yet again by making it most of the way across the lobby unscathed. From behind her though she can tell that Isabela and Cynthia aren't so lucky. They became separated somehow by the horde, Isabela retreating to the wall as Cynthia is trapped by the bar. Isabela slashes at four different zombies that attempts to close in, but it is only a matter of time before more converge on her. Cynthia is completely defenseless on the other hand, only staving off a duo of undead with a bar stool with another flanking her. Rachel attempts a rescue by firing at one of the zombies assailing Cynthia but misses the shot completely. She is taken by surprise though as a zombie suddenly swipes at her wrist, knocking her gun away. It flies out of her hands and hits the floor somewhere amidst the horde. Rachel has only seconds to decide to on what to do....
Rachel Zane
Health: 59%, Multiple bruised ribs as well as a body spanning bruise along her midsection (All characters will begin moving at a slower pace if their health ever falls below 50%)
Fatigue: 61%, (Rachel will soon become sluggish as her fatigue builds. Her movement will be hindered if it rises above 70% and will pass out from exhaustion if it ever pass 90%.)
Current time: 8:11 p.m.
Entourage: Isabela Keyes: 86%, Combat knife Cynthia Velasquez: 88%, Bar stool
Inventory: flashlight (92%), Mission datapad
A) Assist Isabela by attacking one of the zombies approaching her, Rachel can hopefully create an opening to let her move to a better position. (65%)
B) Rescue Cynthia by assaulting the zombie attempting to flank her, she doesn't seem to be aware it is approaching her. (54%)
C) Attempt to create an opening for Isabela then immediately rush to aid Cynthia, Rachel might be able to perform such a feat but it will be risky and require her to extensively exert herself. (30%)
D) Try to find the handgun before helping either of the women, Rachel might be able to it but it will be difficult due to the romping of dozens of zombies. (46%)
If you vote D, please choose either A, B, or C, as well. The way option D will work is if it succeeds, it will boost the percentage of whatever option you choose by 15%, but if it fails, it will reduce said choice by 15%. Choose wisely....

Though the roll for the gun was a success, the option to rescue Cynthia was a failure....
Knowing she won't be of much help without a firearm, Rachel clamors to find the gun. She flashes her light across the area, managing to spot its gray finish only a few feet from where she stands. She dives between a duo of zombies, avoiding their frightful grasps. Her hand wraps around the butt of the gun as she scrambles to her feet. She fires point blank at the heads of two zombies to create a clear shot to Cynthia. The bodies of the zombies collide with one another on the way to the floor, creating an odd yet obstructive obstacle.
Rachel attempts to line up a shot, but she simply can't due to the teeming zombies. She is forced to maneuver through the throng of undead, losing precious time in the process. With the zombie mere inches from Cynthia, Rachel fires off a shot in a desperate gamble. Unfortunately she fires wide by several inches, allowing the zombie to grab Cynthia. She screams as the zombie digs its teeth into her shoulder, causing her to drop her stool. Disarmed of her only line of defense, the woman is powerless to resist as the zombie drags her to the floor.
"Cynthia!" Isabela shouts from across the room, still held at bay by a host of ghouls. Damn it! I was too late. Rachel curses their misfortune but refuses to give in to despair. She continues to fight her way to Cynthia's location. The zombie only managed to bite her once, but the wound doesn't appear to be deep. "Cover your ears!" She instructs Cynthia, raising her voice over the collective moans all around them. She plugs her ears while Rachel places her gun to the zombie's temple. Its brain paints the carpet after she pulls the trigger. She quickly frees Cynthia and helps her to her feet. "Aaahh.." The Latina whimpers due to the intense pain of her wound. "Sorry, we've got to move though." Rachel guides her around the counter of the bar, providing them with temporary relief.
The agent attempts to formulate a plan to reach Isabela, but any hope of rescuing her is quickly dispelled by what unfolds next. The wall behind Isabela suddenly bursts apart, sending her crashing to the ground. A large blue creature bellows angrily at the zombie horde as it charges forward with its massive dome. Zombies are thrown aside like rag dolls, their bodies flailing humorously through the air. "Get down." Rachel lowers herself behind the counter along with Cynthia as the creature continues its rampage, clearing the lobby of zombies. (To avoid having to write a descriptive paragraph, this is the same creature that assaulted Lily and the others at the beginning of the story. It's basically an antlion from Borderlands 2.)
"Oooh. Wha-aaagh!" Isabela screams as the creature looms over her once it has secured the area. She covers her mouth to avoid screaming again, her eyes growing wide with fear. It sniffs the air once before moving directly above Isabela, its hulking form dwarfing her completely. It then begins wrapping her feet in a silk like substance akin to a spider's web. Pure terror keeps her paralyzed, but her hand remains fastened to her knife, she knows she will need it in the coming moments. Isabela attempts to cut herself free discreetly, but its webbing is dispensed too rapidly, binding her arms in a matter of seconds. She glances toward the bar before she is encased completely in a silk cocoon. The creature grunts confidently as it scoops her onto its back and flees the club.
Rachel stares on in shock, unable to process what unfolded in mere minutes. "Wh-where's Isabela?" Cynthia asks faintly, her strength fading rapidly. "Something...took her. It spun a cocoon around her and just ran off." Rachel replies. "Took her? We have to...unh..." Cynthia tries to respond but loses consciousness. "Cynthia? Shit, she passed out." Rachel checks her pulse to find it is faint but steady. She takes this opportunity to inspect Cynthia's bite in depth. The bite only managed to break the skin, but blood slowly pours out of the wound. The zombie wasn't able to locks its jaw in, most likely due to her struggling. Alright, judging by the size of the wound, we probably have a few hours before she turns. I'll have to find some zombrex quickly if I want to halt the infection. But what about Isabela?
Rachel pushes aside her concern for Isabela for the time being, she wouldn't be able to do anything against the creature anyway. She considers her current options; she never got a chance to inspect the bag of medical supplies Shannon had, perhaps there was a package of zombrex among them. She scans the ruined lobby for the bag, but it is nowhere to be found. Somebody must have grabbed it. It could be anywhere in the club.
Though the main lobby is now clear of zombies, the dressing rooms and stage area are still infested with the undead. On top of that, the front doors expose them to the streets of the ruined city. Remaining in the club may not be the best course of action. Shit, what to do? I could check out of the rest of the club right now, but Cynthia's a sitting duck out here. We could try to find somewhere safe, but there's no way of knowing how long that'd take.

B) Check out the stage area, perhaps someone fled behind the curtains with the bag.
C) Attempt to find a safe location to leave Cynthia, Rachel will check the immediate area as well as the area surrounding the club, but it will take a while to find such a place, if there even is one.

Time is of the essence as Rachel scrambles to recover their medical supplies. Though she is tempted to investigate the dressing rooms, Rachel postpones such an action for now, electing to search the stage instead. She navigates the floor carefully, stepping over the tattered remains of so many undead. Here's to hoping that thing that took Isabela doesn't come back anytime soon...A few scattered zombies bar direct access to the stage, but Rachel dispatches of them with two well placed shots. Her nerves are much more under control now, allowing her to better her aim. At least something good is starting to come from this disaster. I'm keeping a much cooler head now. Rachel takes a small measure of pride in her newfound confidence while remaining focused on the task at hand. She climbs onto the stage while avoiding a lone zombie that staggers around aimlessly; it didn't even react to the shots she fired moments ago. It shambles to the edge of the stage, staring lifelessly out at the destruction of the club. She merely shrugs at the odd sight before ducking behind the curtains. This area of the stage is almost pitch black, the perfect place for Rachel's flashlight. She turns it on to find a mess of bodies, both the undead and a strippers that were unfortunate enough to flee there. A shadow flickers against the back wall, capturing her attention. "Hello? Is somebody there?" She calls out. "Ssshh! Keep your voice down, they'll hear you." A high pitched voice replies in the darkness. Rachel shines her light in the direction of the voice to find a scantily clad young woman holding the bag of medical supplies. She is wearing nothing save for a pair of dark blue bra and panties, along with black heels. "There aren't anymore zombies nearby. You probably heard those shots I fired a few minutes ago." Rachel reassures the quivering woman as she backs further into a corner. The woman remains quiet while staring intently at Rachel, who still has gun drawn. "Oh, sorry. I didn't mean to frighten you, but you have something I need. My friend is hurt and those supplies will help her." She explains her dilemma briefly, but the woman responds by clutching the supplies tighter. "I'm sorry. I grabbed this bag in the chaos while those things were tearing Shannon apart..." The stripper begins to break down as she recalls the gruesome scene, but Rachel tries to snap her out of it. "What's your name? I'm Rachel." She attempts a calm approach by changing the subject. "...Arianna Celeste." She replies. "Arianna, that's a beautiful name. I'm Rachel Zane, it's nice to meet you." She says as she takes a step toward the nervous girl. "Hold on, you said you need these, right? I-I'll give them to you on one condition." She suddenly states, standing up to stare Rachel in the eye. "And what is that?" She asks curiously. "There's no way I can make it out of here alive by myself. I'll let you have these if you let me come with you." Arianna is brief with her conditions, but it presents Rachel with a difficult choice. She could take the supplies by force, but it'd mean leaving the woman to her death or having to kill her in cold blood. Of all the damn things to happen...Rachel Zane Health: 59%, Multiple bruised ribs as well as a body spanning bruise along her midsection (All characters will begin moving at a slower pace if their health ever falls below 50%) Fatigue: 61%, (Rachel will soon become sluggish as her fatigue builds. God damn it, it's one thing after another. Rachel's conscience gets the better of her after contemplating Arianna's deal. "Ugh....fine. You can tag along with us, but you're going to have to do exactly as I say. I can't guarantee your safety otherwise." She concedes, lowering her pistol to its holster as a display of cooperation. "Yes! We've got a deal." Arianna exclaims a bit more loudly than necessary, the stripper immediately covering her mouth afterward. "Starting with that, we need to stay as quiet as possible so no more outbursts, got it?" Rachel instructs, taking more of a leadership role in Isablea's absence. Someone's going to have to pick up the slack now that she's gone. "Sorry...you got it. So what now?" Arianna asks while still keeping a grip on the medical supplies. "First we need to tend to my friend. Have you inspected that bag at all?" Rachel questions as she guides Arianna toward the curtains. "Not yet, things have been too hectic." She replies. I thought as much, it'd be too easy if she knew there was zombrex in there. "Alright, let me take a look at it." Rachel requests of the stripper. "Whoa, whoa. I hate to do this, but you're not getting this bag until we're somewhere safe and sound, preferably far away from the club." Arianna swings the bag behind her back, standing her ground despite her rather revealing position. Son of a bitch! I should've known she'd try something like this. "Damn it....fine. But we need to move. I had to leave my friend out in the lobby so we'll have to reach her." Rachel relinquishes to the stripper yet again, doubting her decision to escort the woman. She brushes aside her growing dislike of their agreement as they emerge from behind the curtains. The cloud covered sky casts a pale light over the exposed portion of the lobby, leaving them with poor visibility yet again. "Stay close, I set her down over here near the bar." Rachel turns on her flashlight again to navigate the area, holding it low to avoid casting too much light that could reveal their location. Arianna follows Rachel closely, clutching the bag of medical supplies so tightly it shakes. Rachel ignores the noise for now; the woman is at least entitled to her fear for the time being. They find Cynthia in the same place Rachel had left her, perched against the outside of the bar. "Okay, take her other shoulder and we-" Rachel begins to instruct Arianna when a sharp cry of pain erupts from the other side of the bar. "What was that?" The blonde agent instantly stands at attention, brandishing her pistol. "Stand back." She motions for Arianna to back away, but the stripper remains in place as the source of the wail reveals itself. Standing on the other side of the bar is Andrea, the other stripper who Rachel had completely forgotten about. "Andrea, you're alive!" Arianna gasps in relief before she can see the other woman's condition. "Arianna, please help me..." Andrea cries desperately in a rasp voice. Rachel shines her light on the woman's form, stifling a scream as it unveils her grotesque form. Her stomach has swelled to an unnatural size, bulging out from under her mesh shirt. Her womb bulges in multiple places as if she were pregnant, seemingly ready to burst at any moment. "I-it hurts. There's something inside me and IT HURTS!" She screams aloud, moaning yet again as whatever is in her womb begins to stir violently. "Fuck, she's standing directly behind Cynthia." Rachel whispers to Arianna. Her new companion clasps her hands over her mouth, rooted in place by sheer fright. She's in shock, looks like I'll have to handle this by myself. Rachel takes a step forward as Andrea slumps against the counter, vomiting a disgusting yellow liquid all over it. "I-I-I...Aaaaagghhh!" She screams once again as her stomach is violently torn asunder by whatever was incubating within. A creature similar to what constrained Rachel before scampers across the counter toward the street. It leaps onto the ground before zipping out of sight, escaping into the city. Andrea's desecrated body falls to the ground with a dull thud, the stripper's torment finally over. "Oh my god, what in the hell is happening?" Arianna finally loses her composure, breaking down right in the middle of the lobby. "Hey! I need you to keep it together, Arianna." Rachel seeks to comfort the sobbing woman at once, they can't afford to waste time mourning. A few more tears streak down her face before Arianna sniffles and wipes her face clean, taking Rachel's advice to heart. "O-okay, but this changes things. We need to see if any of the others are still alive. Maria rushed me to the stage and drew what looked like one of those things back toward the dressing rooms. I haven't heard anything from that direction yet, she might still be alive. If you do that, I'll give you the supplies right away." Arianna changes the stipulations of their deal, forcing Rachel to make another decision that will determine the lives of others. Is she fucking kidding me? Rachel shoots a glance at Cynthia's injured form; she is stable but needs to be moved to a safer location and treated at once. The agent is also beginning to feel the extent of her injuries, the adrenaline that's been pushing her to this point is starting to wear off. Rachel Zane Health: 59%, Multiple bruised ribs as well as a body spanning bruise along her midsection (All characters will begin moving at a slower pace if their health ever falls below 50%) Fatigue: 61%, (Rachel will soon become sluggish as her fatigue builds. Her movement will be hindered if it rises above 70% and will pass out from exhaustion if it ever passes 90%.) Current time: 8:35 p.m. Entourage: Cynthia Velasquez: 61% (Bitten & unconscious, health will continue to drop until she is treated), Nothing Arianna Celeste: 95%, Bag of medical supplies Inventory: Handgun (6/26) Heavy duty maglight (92%), Mission datapad Time until Cynthia turns: 2:49 A) Agree to Arianna's stipulations, the lobby and path to the dressing rooms is relatively clear of zombies so there won't be much resistance, but Rachel has no way of knowing what awaits her beyond that plus there are still lives at stake whether she likes it or not. Plus if they do find another person alive, they will be able to lend another hand with Cynthia. B) Tell Arianna to give up the supplies or else, Rachel has had enough of her presence and Cynthia needs treatment as soon as possible. If you vote A, how will Rachel go about searching the dressing rooms: 1) Bring along Arianna but leave Cynthia behind, Rachel may be helping the stripper but she's going to have to pull her own weight in this arrangement, Cynthia will hopefully be alright while they explore
2) Leave Arianna behind to safeguard Cynthia, the stripper can watch her while Rachel searches the dressing rooms.
3) Bring along both Cynthia and Arianna, Rachel doesn't feel confident leaving them both behind and Arianna can handle the task of carrying the injured Latina for the time being.
After you choose one of the above numbers, should Rachel search for a weapon for Arianna?
4) She'll obtain her a makeshift weapon from the environment nearby, a barstool leg would suffice for now
5) Lend her Rachel's flaslight, it is a heavy duty maglight that could do some damage to any small form assailant If you vote B, how will Rachel attempt to force Arianna to give up the supplies: 1) Demand she relinquish them at gunpoint, Rachel would hate to do such a thing, but the stripper hasn't left her with much choice.
2) Draw Arianna's attention away for a moment and attempt to knock her unconscious, Rachel doesn't want to kill the girl but Cynthia needs zombrex.
3) Try to reason with her, Rachel doesn't want to create tensions between them nor does she want to resort to violence.

if i'm allowed to choose my own choice, shoot her. tell her to give you the supplies. if she agrees, take them and shoot her so she can't retaliate. most people would after being held at gunpoint. if she disagrees, shoot her and take them. at this point she's just going to be a hindrance in almost every situation.
if not, b1.

While this is a cyoa, Izaya, I didn't present the choice to flat out shoot Arianna because that'd be out of character for Rachel. I don't know if you've caught up on the rest of the story or not, but while Rachel may work for PHenotrans, she's not a heartless bastard as most of its agents are. If B 1 is chosen, there's a hidden roll I'm going to take that determines how the show down will unfold. It might end with the stripper being shot, it might not; that's all up to the numbers.

Come on Rachel, just do this last task and the supplies are yours. Rachel momentarily curbs her frustration, resolving to abide by the stripper's request a final time. "You're lucky I've got a soft spot for people in trouble, but this is the last time. If you don't hand the supplies over after this, things won't be so pleasant next time." The agent states to Arianna. She hates having to threaten the woman, but they're already losing time just standing around talking. "Wow...thanks so much. I wasn't sure you were going to say yes..." Arianna remarks meekly, averting Rachel's gaze as she drops her own to the ground. "I almost didn't, but you got lucky. Now for this to work, I'm going to have a few conditions." Rachel enunciates the sentence, making it clear that Arianna will follow her direction. "Okay, what do you need?" She acquiesces, awaiting Rachel's instruction. "You're going to have to pull your weight by shouldering Cynthia, I'm too hurt to carry her and keep a look out at the same time. I'll let you hold my flashlight in case anything tries to attack." Rachel instructs her companion as they walk toward Cynthia. "Carry her and these supplies? But what if something attacks? I'll be too loaded down to do anything." Arianna retorts, already having second thoughts about the arrangements. "You should've thought of that before we got ourselves into this mess. Of course I could always carry the supplies for you." Rachel outstretches a hand mockingly, smirking all the while. "Ugh, fine. But you better not let anything happen to us." She retorts as she bends down to take hold of Cynthia. She places the unconscious woman's left arm behind her head, wrapping her right arm around the Cynthia's waist before hoisting her to her feet. It takes a bit of effort and assistance from Rachel, but Arianna is able to steady herself. "Here, keep the light pointed ahead so I can see." Rachel says before abdicating her flashlight. Arianna readjusts the bag to accommodate holding the light, placing it behind her back. "Ready? Let's go." Rachel leads them toward the dressing rooms behind the stage, a bit uneasy about what might lie ahead. A shot of whiskey would do wonders for my nerves right now.Rachel maintains a slow pace to comply with Arianna's cargo, the stripper hobbling along much to Rachel's delight. At least she's having to work for this, she's not getting off scot-free. Though she tries to avoid stepping on bodies, Rachel's heels squelch as they crush flesh underneath. The sound is sickening as well as disturbing, sending a shiver up her spine. "Watch where you're stepping, it's easy to slip on this gore." She advises after taking a second look at the blood pooling across the floor. They navigate the cluttered lobby gradually, avoiding as many corpses as they can. Try as they might, they can't avoid them all as Rachel assists Arianna in carting Cynthia over the necessary bodies. It takes several minutes to finally reach the dressing room hallway, at which point Rachel readies her handgun for any threats. "Remember, keep the light steady and stay close. I can't help you if you're too far away." She reiterates before stepping into the dim hallway. Arianna does her best to hold the flashlight stable, but it still bounces as she attempts to keep pace with Rachel. "How far down is the dressing room?" Rachel asks so they don't waste time searching more than is necessary. "The main dressing room is the third door on the left, that's where Maria was headed before." Arianna replies, shining the light on the aforementioned room. Rachel guides them toward the room as they spot a body on the wall across from the door; it is one of stripper's Rachel and the others saw when they first entered the club. Her throat has been torn out and bite marks litter her body, leaving her distinguishable only by her hair and outfit. She was the brunette haired woman clad in a pink corset adorning a terrified countenance. "Oh no, Janet! I'm so sorry..." Arianna quietly mourns the death of her friend but maintains a close profile to Rachel. "I'm sorry you had to see that." Rachel shoots over her shoulder, feeling a tinge of sympathy for the stripper. They stop momentarily to allow the deceased woman a brief eulogy. "She was one of the nicest people I'd ever met, she wouldn't hurt a fly. Now look at her. Who's to say the same won't happen to us?" Arianna chokes back tears, fighting to control her fear. "Don't lose it now, we're too close." Rachel places a comforting hand on her shoulder, glancing dismally at Cynthia in the process. She's got a point. We could be torn apart just like Janet, but we can't dwell on it.A door to their right remains closed until they pass by, silently opening without the two women realizing it. A soft groan audible only to Arianna catches the stripper's attention. She turns along with the light to find a zombie gawking at its next potential meal. "Rachel!" She screams just as the zombie attacks. It lunges forward, its arms seeking hold of Arianna's flesh. She pushes Cynthia to right as she narrowly avoids its grasp. Cynthia topples to the ground out of harm's way, but the same can't be said for her escort. Arianna bashes the zombie across the face with the light, who retaliates by swiping at her head. It proves too swift this time, catching her off guard. Its clawed hand makes contact with her right cheek, sending the woman staggering into the wall. "Aagh!" Arianna squeals, leaving herself defenseless as she cowers in pain. "Hold it right there you bastard." Rachel taunts as she finally lends the stripper aid. The entire scene had unfolded too quickly for her to intervene at first, but she ends it with a pull of the trigger, her gun pressed against the zombie's temple. She had managed to sneak by while it was focused on Arianna, an unfortunate but essential tactic to dispatch of the ghoul. "Are you all right?" Rachel asks as she helps Arianna to her feet. "For the most part. It just managed to get nick me on the cheek." She shows Rachel the wound, but by chance it merely grazed her. "Good, glad to see you're alright. Let's get Cynthia and we can keep going." Rachel says as they retrieve the unconscious woman once again. She allows Arianna to continue holding the light, giving it to the girl probably saved her life. She might not have seen the zombie otherwise. That was too damn close. I didn't even hear the damn thing, how are these fuckers so quiet at time?!Rachel presses an ear against the dressing room before entering. Sounds of struggle signal there is still someone alive within at least. "It sounds like there's fighting going on in there. We'll have to be careful when we go in. Stay back but keep the light centered on the door, okay?" Rachel devises a plan, albeit a crude one but a plan nonetheless. Arianna takes her position by Janet's body, avoiding making contact with it if she can help it. Once stationed across from the door, Rachel presses her back to the door. "Here we go." She quickly twists the knob and enters the room. What lies within is certainly a sight to behold. The stripper Rachel saw wearing a police style costume when she first arrived is locked in battle with an average sized female zombie. She holds it at bay with what seems to be a broken broom handle; the makeshift stake crusted with blood. The zombie she is fighting must have just turned, her skin still retaining some color along her scantily clad body. The zombie overpowers her though, pushing her up against one of the mirrors used to do the strippers' make up. Her ample bosom also serves to hold back the zombie, but it is only a matter of time before it bypasses this natural defense. Just a few feet from them, another of the strippers is facing down a duo of emaciated zombies, their lanky forms unassuming but possessing strength in numbers. The stripper seems to be the headstrong woman Rachel saw arguing in the lobby previously, clad in purple lingerie as she is cornered against a set of lockers. Finally, the blonde airhead adorning black lingerie Rachel witnessed acting in a carefree manner before is petrified as a creature similar to what attacked Andrea hovers atop a mirror, its attention locked solely on the blonde woman. Rachel takes in the chaos in a matter of seconds, having little time to act now if she is to salvage what could be a disastrous outcome. Her movement will be hindered if it rises above 70% and will pass out from exhaustion if it ever passes 90%.) Current time: 8:43 p.m. Entourage: Cynthia Velasquez: 57% (Bitten & unconscious, health will continue to drop until she is treated), Nothing Arianna Celeste: 90%, Bag of medical supplies, Heavy duty maglight (88%) Inventory: Handgun (5/26), Mission datapad Time until Cynthia turns: 2:41 You are permitted to vote twice this time if you so please, but post in what order you'd like Rachel to act. The second vote will suffer a 10% penalty to succeed.A) Rush to the police dressed woman's aid, She is closest person and in possibly the most dire straits. (Picture of this stripper for your viewing pleasure: 3.bp.blogspot.com/_cyH_7sPxVcQ/TFwLshvWeSI/AAAAAAAAETY/5RE0lN5jyn8/s1600/Denise+Milani+as+a+hot+police+officer+(3).jpg ) B) Help the woman dark haired woman against the lockers, she is unarmed and most likely unable to face down two zombies at once. (Picture of this stripper inbound: www.spy.cz/sites/default/files/imagecache/900xauto/clanky/galerie/16859/arianny_03.jpg ) C) Aid the blonde haired woman, she is entirely at the mercy of the creature and sure to perish if left alone. ( Pic of the blonde: 3.bp.blogspot.com/-8Jgp6Air0G4/Tz5w1mdb4vI/AAAAAAAAM30/jrJc5U5xTRM/s1600/Luisana+Lopilato1.jpg ) Z) CYOA If you choose A, how will Rachel aid the woman: 1) Try to line up a shot on the zombie from the door, the dim lighting of the room will make taking the shot difficult but it will allow Rachel to react better to the other women in the room if she hits her target. (69%, will only impart a 4% penalty if another choice is chosen)
2) Rush to the woman's side and press the gun to the zombie's temple, their constant struggling will make this task difficult but the shot will have no chance of hitting the stripper (80%)
3) Search for a weapon to beat back the zombie with, Rachel should conserve her ammo for now but find a weapon will prove tough in this case. (74%) If you choose B, how will Rachel aid the woman: 4) Attempt to take shots at the zombies from wherever Rachel is in the room, the duo of zombies is the furthest away but Rachel can shout a warning for the stripper to duck before she fires so she can hopefully take cover. (60%, will only impart a 4% penalty if chosen first)
5) Assault the zombies with whatever is lying around, Rachel can dispatch of one of the zombies with her handgun but the other will be upon her before she can take another shot. She'll have to find a weapon to use or else fight it back with her handgun. (77%)
If you choose C, how will Rachel aid the woman: 6) Take aim at the creature and fire, it's a small target but Rachel might be able to hit it if it remains stationary yet she has no idea of knowing how many shots it will take to kill it (69%)
7) Fire a few potshots at the creature, with any luck maybe Rachel can scare it away or score a lucky shot; or it might react to her shots and turn its attention on her instead (75%)
8) Wait for the creature to make a move then react accordingly, perhaps Rachel can kill it once it is closer to the ground but it might be too late to save the woman by then (80%)
While Rachel deals with the situation in the room, what will Arianna do out in the hall? E) Keep the light focused in the room, it will allow Rachel better visibility and may increase her chances of helping the women, but Arianna will remain distracted if anything turns up again in the hall. (Will boost all choices taken for Rachel by 5%, but there is a 40% chance of Arianna failing to react if something does come into the hall) F) Take Cynthia into the room and help Rachel out, Arianna can leave her by the door while she tries to aid the agent (If this choice is taken, you may choose a third woman to assist if you already chose 2 for Rachel, or you can choose for Arianna to help Rachel with one of the other women, this will only work for aiding one of them however, not both. State what you wish to have Arianna do once inside. If she aids Rachel, it will boost the chances of aiding that woman by 15%. The percentages of Arianna aiding each individual woman is as follows: The police dressed woman: 55% The dark haired woman at the back of the room: 48% The blonde haired woman: 40%) G) Maintain a strict look out for danger in the hall, Arianna will hide if anything hostile appears but Rachel will remain unaware of it as she does so (80% of Arianna successfully hiding if something does appear)

This is a direction in the story I can get behind. As for my votes, I'll have to say A2, C6, and F, assist the dark haired beauty in the back.

A2, C6, and F, halp the blonde lady.
But yeah, we'll need the cop because she obviously has police experience and will be able to kill everything for us. She seems very professional.

I don't know it happened, but all three of the rolls were a success. I guess fate is determined to see the strippers survive...
Screw it all, here goes nothing. Rachel throws caution to the wind, rushing to the police stripper's aid. "Close your eyes!" She warns before pressing her gun to the zombie stripper's temple. The zombie ignores her completely, remaining focused on its prospective meal and making Rachel's job much more simple. She pulls the trigger, splattering her brain against the dresser and partially on the woman's face.
"Oh disgusting." She remarks, wiping the viscous fluid off. "Are you all right?" Rachel asks quickly. "I'm fine, just a little shaken up." The woman replies promptly as she looks around the room anxiously at her two companions. "Good to hear, go wait outside with Arianna, I'll handle the rest of this." She orders only to find Arianna has decided to enter the room.
The other stripper sets Cynthia down gently before rushing to the back of the room, offering assistance to another of the strippers in peril. Rachel motions for the police woman to help her out, doubting Arianna's ability to fend off the duo of zombies by herself. She turns her attention to the blonde woman next, who has fallen to the floor in the fetal position. The creature remains fixated on her though it is still hanging from the mirror. "I've got something for you, you bastard." Rachel mutters under her breath, taking much satisfaction in the assault of these particular beings.
Though the lighting makes it difficult to aim, Rachel fires three shots in rapid succession at the creature. The first shot is wide and to the right, but the other two find their mark. The shots prove fatal as the creature lets out death throes akin to a dying animal. Rachel pumps her fist in celebration, but finds it to be short lived as there is still one more person in need of assistance.
Much to her surprise though Arianna and the police woman have dispatched of the zombies with a bit of assistance from the other stripper. Look at that, guess I don't have to do everything around here. Rachel smirks at their success as she closes the door to the room, wanting a short reprieve from chaos of the outside world. "Is everybody alright?" She calls out after scanning the room for a second time. The five women gather in the center of the room before conversing.
"Yeah, amazingly nobody was hurt in all the action." The first woman Rachel assisted answers, wiping a bit of sweat from her brow. "That's a relief, glad to hear you're all okay." Rachel replies, looking over her compatriots to see for herself how they are. Looks like she's right. "Um, I just want to say thanks. I thought I was a goner back there." The blonde woman is the first to thank Rachel, gratefully hugging the agent for her help. "Oh uh, don't worry about it." She replies stiffly, somewhat taken aback by the stripper's extended contact. "Rose, that's good. I think she got the message." The police woman pries the stripper of Rachel, shooting her something of an embarrassed smile. "She's right though, I don't know if we'd have made it without your help. I'm Maria, and the one I just pried off you is Rose. She might not say it, but Michelle there is grateful as well." The police woman introduces everyone and thanks Rachel at the same time, extending a hand forward as a sign of goodwill. She chuckles at the notion, but shakes her hand anyway.
"I had it under control, I would've taken those two out if I had had just a little more time." Michelle scoffs at Maria's remark, crossing her arms as she looks away. "Before we go any further with this, I'm going to need those supplies now, Arianna." Rachel points to Arianna before motioning for her relinquish the supplies. "You held up your end of the bargain so I'll do the same." The appreciative woman hands over the bag to Rachel, who can finally inspect its contents for Zombrex. Okay, let's see what we've got here.
She rifles through the bag, laying out the supplies until she finds a familiar white box near the bottom. "Got it!" She exclaims as she returns to Cynthia's still unconscious form. She removes the syringe from the box, tossing the container aside. "Does anybody have the time?" She questions over her shoulder, needing to catalog the time of the injection. "8:45 on the dot." Maria tells her. "8:45, remember that." She advises before injecting Cynthia with the medicine. Almost immediately her fever drops and her breathing regulates, signaling the Zombrex is working. Rachel also patches up Cynthia's bite mark while she's at it, stopping the bleeding and cleaning the wound.
Rachel finally lets out a heavy sigh, relieved to have at least bought the latina another day. She's going to need zombrex everyday for the rest of her life now, how am I going to break that news to her when she wakes up? Rachel ponders the question momentarily before brushing it aside, she'll address that concern when the times comes. So Cynthia's good for the time being, but now what about Isabela? I have no idea where that thing carried her off to. Rachel ponders her next course of action now that everything has calmed down, but precisely what can she do?
Leave the strippers to their own devices? They probably won't last very long by themselves, but I can't be held responsible for four more lives. It's too much responsibility. Allow them to accompany her on the search for Isabela? Four more people to take care of would slow me down immensely, not to mention Cynthia's completely immobile right now. Remain in the club for a while longer to make sure it's safe? There weren't many zombies out in the lobby, but there's still a backstage area and the private rooms on the other side of the stage. I could stick around to clear out the area, but I've already lost a lot of time to track down Isabela. Use the ruins of the club as a temporary base and recruit some of the strippers to aid in her search? I could ask some of them to help me search while the others remain here and keep an eye on Cynthia. It'd be the most logically choice, but I'm still stuck escorting four more people.
Rachel must make a decision, but the choice is not going to be an easy one.
Rachel Zane
Health: 59%, Multiple bruised ribs as well as a body spanning bruise along her midsection (All characters will begin moving at a slower pace if their health ever falls below 50%)
Fatigue: 53%, (Rachel will soon become sluggish as her fatigue builds. Her movement will be hindered if it rises above 70% and will pass out from exhaustion if it ever passes 90%.)
Current time: 8:48 p.m.
Entourage:
Cynthia Velasquez: 57% (Treated with Zombrex, her condition will remain stable now, Will require a dose of Zombrex from this point onward at 8:45 pm every night, still unconscious)
Arianna Celeste: 90%, Bag of medical supplies, Heavy duty maglight (88%)
Maria: 92%, Makeshift stake (35%, will break soon)
Michelle: 88%, Nothing
Rose: 85%, Nothing
Inventory: Handgun (1/26), Mission datapad, Bag of medical supplies
Time left to find Isabela: 3:00 (If the timer expires, Isabela will disappear and her fate left unknown for a lengthy amount of time...)
Approval: Arianna: 60% Acquaintance Maria: 58% Fellow Survivor Michelle: 50% Fellow Survivor Rose: 54% Fellow Survivor
A) Use the club as a temporary base of operations, the location should be mostly clear now and it's the only even slightly secure location Rachel knows of.
B) Wish the strippers luck, but move on. The club might still be crawling with hostiles and Rachel still needs to begin the search for Isabela.
C) Ask the strippers if they'd like to accompany her throughout the city, Rachel doubts they will survive very long by themselves and the club is simply too risky to remain at.
If you choose A, what will Rachel do next (Can choose as many as you want, but doing so will take more time):
1) Take a moment to recuperate and treat her wounds, she needs to take a breather plus she can use the opportunity to get a better idea of who her new comrades are.
2) Discuss the current events with Maria, Rachel will need to gauge her combat capabilities plus she seems to be the most level headed of the strippers. (I'll be nice here and say that Maria can also provide a debriefing of every stripper, though talking with them in person will raise their approval.)
3) Chat with Arianna for a bit, Rachel can ask how she's doing and discuss any special skills they haven't shown one another yet.
4) Ask Michelle how she's doing, Rachel will analyze her and see where she stands in the group.
5) Talk to Rose for a minute, Rachel can see how she's doing after the attack and find out what skills she has to offer.
Z) CYOA
And a quick question before everyone votes, does anyone wish to see one of the strippers become a sacrificial lamb? If so, simply state the name of who in your vote.
